Amazing company and service! From on the phone service to in person plumber everyone was professional and quick. Garth came to look at our plumbing issues. He was professional, very knowledgeable and had great communication! Will be a returning customer for all future plumbing issues.

My 4 year-old Carrier AC Unit was not functioning properly (would not cool the house despite constantly running), so I called Will Fix It.
Cameron Bennett was my AC service technician, and he was great! He had exceptional knowledge and was willing to explain all aspects of his troubleshooting, diagnosing the issue, and provided multiple options for repair.
He gave me the pros and cons of replacing two different parts based on their function, price, brand of unit, and associated warranties.
Another company simply tried to get me to buy a whole new unit altogether, which would’ve costed me at least $6-10k more

Got new lighting for my kitchen. Both workers were very efficient and were done within an hour. They were also polite and knowledgeable and had great recommendations for other improvements. Very happy I used their service.

We called Will Fix It for a blocked drain line. Tony arrived on time and did a great job explaining everything. He seemed genuinely concerned (we had a slightly abnormal situation) and sought advice from his supervisor to reassure the situation. I would highly recommend!

I recently called We Fix It to handle a repair in my home, and the experience was outstanding. From the initial call to the completion of the job, everything was smooth and professional. Technician Carlos arrived right on time, introduced himself, and went straight to work. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done.
Carlos took the time to explain the issue in plain language and outlined his plan to fix it, which I really appreciated. He worked efficiently, kept the workspace tidy, and when he was finished he walked me through what was done and answered all my questions. The repair was completed quicker than I expected, and the final cost matched what we discussed up-front—no surprise fees or hidden charges.
Overall, thanks to Carlos and the team at We Fix It, I feel confident in the quality of work and would absolutely use them again in the future. Highly recommend this company and ask for Carlos if you need a reliable technician who knows his stuff.

Overall, very satisfied with the service! Candace got us situated quickly and got a plumber out very fast. Tony showed up promptly to check on one issue with loose pipes under our kitchen sink and finished so quickly that we had him check out a water leak at another property. He communicated clearly and even accommodated taking a couple videos to show us exactly what the issues were and what happened. He braved the San Antonio traffic to go across town, and took the initiative in his diagnostic service to find the source of the water leak that helped us understand what to do next. We highly recommend Will Fix It’s plumbing service, and appreciate their great mix of friendliness and professionalism.

Ramon was great and easy to work with. He easily found obstructions in my line using a camera and was able to quickly snake the line to restore service. Ramon has a great attitude and exceptional customer service. If he is your technician, you’ll be in great hands.
I initially had Champion come out to solve my issue. The charged a dispatch fee and all the technician did was turn the water on and said “yep, you have a clog.” His solution was to blindly snake the line. I told them to forget about it and called Will Fix It.
Will Fix It didn’t charge me a dispatch or service fee and used a camera to identify the problem before offering a solution. I’ll continue to call them for any future needs.

Being that I’m a DIY-er, try to fix the problem myself I’m usually pretty skeptical about looking into services because everyone now a days is a salesperson and looking for a buck rather than informing their clients about what’s really going on. As well, inviting strangers into my home even to do a job can always be nerve wracking and I’ve felt uncomfortable in my home from different people about different jobs. However with WillFixIt the technician that came out was so kind. He assessed the “problem” and gave an opinion about something a different technician from a different company gave. He was honest and told us it appeared as if the other technician was just trying to make a sale which we really appreciated. The holidays are coming up so any money we can save, we want to save so I appreciate the peace of mind he gave us. He even showed us how to turn our water off if an emergency did happen and we needed to shut it off which he really probably didn’t have to do. He even quoted us a cheaper price than the other company if we did decide to replace the piece we originally called for. Thank you so much, you have definitely gained another customer!

Cameron B. did an excellent job. I had another quote for an issue with my AC. He found the issue and got my AC unit running temporarily until he could order the part. This was also on the weekend shortly after the outside unit stopped working. The company charged me an awesome price for the repairs and parts. My AC is back in business and my family and I are comfortable again. Thanks Cameron.

Technician arrived on time to do a tuneup of our air conditioner. He did a good job and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was courteous and professional. As an update, technician recently performed a winter check of our central heating system. Again, technician arrived on time and was thorough in ensuring that our heating system was working as it should. I appreciated his courteous manner and professionalism. Latest update, no changes to the above. Technician again did an excellent job while performing a check of our central heater.
