Being that I’m a DIY-er, try to fix the problem myself I’m usually pretty skeptical about looking into services because everyone now a days is a salesperson and looking for a buck rather than informing their clients about what’s really going on. As well, inviting strangers into my home even to do a job can always be nerve wracking and I’ve felt uncomfortable in my home from different people about different jobs. However with WillFixIt the technician that came out was so kind. He assessed the “problem” and gave an opinion about something a different technician from a different company gave. He was honest and told us it appeared as if the other technician was just trying to make a sale which we really appreciated. The holidays are coming up so any money we can save, we want to save so I appreciate the peace of mind he gave us. He even showed us how to turn our water off if an emergency did happen and we needed to shut it off which he really probably didn’t have to do. He even quoted us a cheaper price than the other company if we did decide to replace the piece we originally called for. Thank you so much, you have definitely gained another customer!

I had a couple faucets and cut-off valves replaced. Bobby G explained what I had and what I needed. He gave me a couple options and I explained pros/cons to each.Work was done in a timely manner and I’m very pleased with the service I received.

Cameron B. did an excellent job. I had another quote for an issue with my AC. He found the issue and got my AC unit running temporarily until he could order the part. This was also on the weekend shortly after the outside unit stopped working. The company charged me an awesome price for the repairs and parts. My AC is back in business and my family and I are comfortable again. Thanks Cameron.

While the service tech did a good job, I’m concerned as to why he would at first quote me a price $300 over the advertised price.

Had a great experience with will Fix It . Their technician, Bobby Guerra was great . After a few checks he went straight to the problem and fixed it and flushed our hot water heater tank also . He did a great thorough job . I highly recommend Will Fix It and Bobby Guerra !

Although the first thing they did, was to try and sell me a brand new unit (in this economy), I can understand. They are business men first. But; in the end, I got my unit repaired and all is well.

We were help by Tony Peterson and he was incredibly helpful knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information he was very considerate with all the work we need to have done he went over and Beyond gave us pace of mind we will definitely be calling him again for any further Plummimg issues. Will fix it is luck to have employees like him we will definitely continue business with will fix it.

Had AC check, mold was found. Marcos diligently cleaned the area then installed a scrubber device. He was very thorough and efficient with his time and work.

I called about a leak. The plumber was to my house within an hour of my call, and the leak was fixed shortly after that. I don't know if the response time is "usual" but I'm very grateful they were able to send someone out right away and have the problem fixed the same day.

Frans and Zach did an excellent job selling and installing our new hot water heater! One day turnaround and pick/haul way. Water pressure even increased to 75 psi from 45 psi!!!

Called Will Fix It after trying to clear a clogged kitchen sink by myself. Even used a small electric drain cleaner, but it didn't help. Daniel S came to the rescue with a large auger and ran it through the pipes. Turns out I had calcium built up. Daniel was able to clear most of it out (75-80% he said). He was friendly and answered all my questions. He gave me a military discount, which helped on the cost somewhat and I appreciated that. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but Will Fix It was there when I needed them. Would 10/10 recommend them!

Technician, Steven Hunter, was friendly, professional and explained job completely while completing task in a short time. Additional technician, Eli Beavers, arrived to show me damage through camera and give me bid on future work needed to completely repair broken drain pipe. Very satisfied with both technicians.

Honestly this is one of the greatest plumbing experiences I have ever had. I called to request a quote, they came within 2 hours and then got it all fixed within another hour. I will continue to call Will Fix It for all of my future needs and I will be referring them to everyone that I know.
