Knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. Showed me afterwards that everything was good to go with a camera in the plumbing line. He explained how everything worked and made sure I had all my questions answered. Great service!

The team that assisted with our issue was very through with the dectection. Which is an excellent attribute as I haven’t had this with other Plummers. I would recommend them.

Drain (septic) backed up. Called three companies and only Will Fix It answered with a real live person. Got a technician within two hours. Solved the short term clog and diagnosed the larger problem of house settling on drain pipe creating a low spot. Sad to see the estimate to repair but stuff happens. Very satisfied with technicians and process.

I was shocked at the thoroughness of the service man. He checked in promptly at 2 o’clock and didn’t leave till a few minutes before 5 o’clock. He found a number of issues with my unit, explained each one in detail and gave me the cost to repair. He was even able to repair a few items himself. This was an annual maintenance service so there was no charge to me! I will continue using “WILL-FIX-IT” Because of their professionalism and reasonable fees.
