5 stars for the thoroughness of information shared by the tech after his inspection. Less than one star for ARS after I got a second inspection from the respected owner of another heat/air company who has done work for many family members. I am very dissatisfied with the recommendations for repair or replacement from ARS. I will not be doing any business with ARS.
