5 stars for the thoroughness of information shared by the tech after his inspection. Less than one star for ARS after I got a second inspection from the respected owner of another heat/air company who has done work for many family members. I am very dissatisfied with the recommendations for repair or replacement from ARS.
I will not be doing any business with ARS.

Great work, my A/C unit bit the dust last minute and they had it replaced within the week! Very grateful for the rush job and it has been working great ever since! Also customer service is very helpful as well

I called since my system was done and I got an appointment next day first thing in the morning. I am very impressed with the Tyquan with his attention to detail and reviewing what was wrong before he started and then once finished he discuss that also. The technician showed up exactly on time, was professional and courteous. After checking over the entire system was straightforward about all projected or potential issues with the system. Clearly explained all options and left all the pertinent information with me for review. Highly recommend Isaac for this system checkup!

Andrew was great. He balanced the AC unit on the pad and made sure everything was perfect. Nicole in the Wilmington office was so nice and very helpful. I will always use ARS and recommend to everyone.

I really appreciate the fast service since this was a holiday. Jason was very understanding and pleasant and went right to work and solved the problem quickly. Also Debbie at the call center was very east to deal with.
