I took advantage of the low cost HVAC inspection/tune up offer through Lowes (who uses ARS). Our units are relatively new, but I’ve wanted to do a better job this time around with maintenance. Our technician Ty could not have been nicer or more professional. It took about an hour to inspect the two units. Ty communicated clearly, had a couple of suggestions, but was never pushy, just informative. I highly recommend taking advantage of this service and ask for Ty!

I've always had great service with ARS super great, nice, very professional, clean neat performing their jobs, you have questions they give you answers! and will also recommend preventive maintenance care that the homeowner can stay on top of, and will keep you alert! Like the maintenance program paid last year, paid nothing today before hot weather season! A group of great people thank you! Ronnie.

We had great service. Called as vivant installer did not install new thermostat correctly. Heat was AC and AC was Heat. Glad to have it diagnosed. Will be discussing with vivant this unnecessary cost.

We are very impressed with the service that ARS has provided us. Communication with the company is excellent allowing us to know when our service and checkup appointments are scheduled and what will be done during the appointments. The technicians are well trained and answer our questions assuring us of their training and knowledge of their work. We would recommend ARS to our family and friends.........knowing they will be taken care of with honestly and integrity.

ARS sent Oliver, Jay and Bobby to put my 6 month, HVAC-less unpleasantness to rest, doing a complete replacement of a 40 year old system whose cooling bit the dust last September and the auxiliary heating coils burned up in February. It was condemned & in its place is s highly rated system that is quiet and proves it can take the demands of the extreme weather changes that have occurred in my area, going the extra mile to
ensure the electrical was up to par. These professionals know their stuff and I am very grateful. Well done, ARS.

I received a coupon in the mail for a tune-up of our home HVAC system. $49 dollars.
The technician, Jesus Alvarez, arrived as scheduled. He was respectful, cordial and very professional.
He explained how he intended to proceed to comlplete our service. He went about completing the service. He explained his findings and he made recommendations.
He represented ARS in an exemplary manner.
He should be commended!

Issac came and did a thorough job checking out our HVAC system. He was prompt , came when he said he would and went straight to work! I opted to sign up for the yearly maintenance plan so I look forward to ARS making sure we’re always working properly!

Chad came out the same day and did a very thorough analysis of the inside and exterior heat/AC unit. He changed the filters and explained all his future recommendations to me & my husband on the phone as well about his concerns. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the company and its employees.
Update 3/27/26. We had a brand new HVAC installed. Excellent work and great customer service. Highly recommend this company. David was very professional and did a great job cleaning up after his installation.

Keith came out to do our spring check up. He was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was going to do and the results of inspection. Happy with ARS and their service.

If negative stars could be given, that is what you should receive! After waiting for the tech to show up between 8-12, they arrived at 3:30. We had to call 4 times to your dispatch center, only to be told by the tech that they never contacted him. Would not recommend your company to anyone!
