Less than 1-yr-old AC stopped working, ARS was the installer then. Called them and told them my problem, and they had a tech out to me in an hour. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Not only did he show me what the problem was (a backed up SST drain float switch) but also educated me on how to fix it myself in the future. Service call was covered under warranty...I'll buy James a beer if I ever see him out and about. Thank you James and ARS.

My technician Jayden arrived earlier than expected, was a consummate professional, worked efficiently, quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue. Based on my experience with Jayden alone, I would choose ARS again in a heartbeat for any HVAC needs.
