Arrived Home at 5:25 PM and found that it was 82° in my house, I quickly called ARS and was told it would be between 6 and 10 PM tonight, The service tech rang my doorbell at five minutes till six. I was an ecstatic. Thanks for such prompt service!!!

The technician Michael did an excellent job with the issues we were having. He explained everything in detail about our system and the thermostat and how it works. He is a very knowledgeable technician and helpful with the servi e he provided.

We signed up for a discounted inspection of our two AC Units one Saturday while we were at Lowe's. The tech came put the following week and checked everything out. He was very polite, easy to work with, and not pushy on the recommendations (which were minor). We had a great experience and will be using them if/when we need repairs!

Very professional staff- answered all my questions from the very first visit- lots of payment options- quick service. Affordable; I have needed this done since 2019. So happy to finally get this new system installed This will be my third season with the new AC. My family is just as excited as I am. Would recommend this company to anyone. Harley was the first person I spoke with and she impressed me so. She is the reason I had them come out- Spencer came out and wowed me so with all the options and financial assistance. They came out and were done in a little over a half day. Cleaned everything up and hauled off the old system. The installers were very courteous and efficient.
