Always great service experience with the team from ARS/Rescur Rooter. Issac my technician is always great about explaining identified issues, potential future issues, and options in how to manage. Highly recommend ARS and their maintenance program.

The customer service and the technician Andrew were awesome. I first used these folks in an emergency situation and they come through all the time. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Excellent company! Our technician (Isaac) came out for our semi-annual HVAC checkup. Explained everything to us, answered all of our questions. Very professional and friendly. We will continue to use ARS/Rescue Rooter for all of our HVAC needs!

After a bad storm, A/C was making a pulsating sound & coils froze up on a Friday night. Called ARS Saturday morning & they were here by noon. Diagnosed the problem within minutes & ordered a new fan motor which may have been from a power surge. Happy for the speedy service & knowledge. Jason was on time, very friendly & knowledgeable. Pleasure to do business with!

Today, 7/30/25, I had ARS to do a semi annual A/C service. Issac arrived as scheduled and the entire service was coordinated by Natasha.
My service technician was Issac. He was everything you want in a technician. Issac was excellent!!!
He's was cordial, knowledgeable and very professional.
He represents ARS in an exemplary manner. He should be commended!

Called about air conditioning unit not cooling they sent technician over 1 hour after I called and he was professional and went over what he was doing and quickly had the unit up and running. Thank goodness it was still under warranty
