Max was wonderful from beginning to end. Wonderful customer service, introduction, communication from the company, friendly, knowledgeable, questions answered and much more. He gave us answers on the next step of what should be done and even showed us the areas he was checking out and recommendations through pictures of work that should be done, ie. duct cleaning and how filthy the dust was in the attic. We had a check-up on our AC/ heating unit. Perfect timing. We chose to get an upgraded filter through them, which is a newer filter that lasts longer than the regular cardboard filter. All- in- all, I'm excited to have had this done.

Mark and Jason did a great job of getting a new hot water heater installed for us very quickly. Luckily they had it on truck and were able to do it right away. Very fair and nice.

My plumbing technician Ivo provided great customer service. He inspected my entire home and was honest with the repairs I'll eventually need. The customer service/dispatch team kept me in the loop regarding my window time status and to let me know that technician was in route. I truly appreciate the communication and awesome service.

One of our ACs stopped working over the weekend. I called this morning at 9am and they gave me a same day appointment for 1pm. The technician who came out was very thorough and easy to work with. He explained my options and an install team was out at 3pm with a brand new unit!
11/22/2025 update - Heater was not turning on (now its the season) and we called Yes and sure enough they were able to send someone within the hour. Marlowe arrived and troubleshooted the issue and got us working! Thank you again to this great team!!

Just a yearly heating tune-up. Nick was very thorough and made sure everything was running smooth and free of dust. BUT, then he recommended it replace the motor in my heater that they installed only 5 years ago... for $1900. This company is always trying to upsell. I had the "FREE" plumbing inspection earlier in the year and that guy was telling me all kinds of stuff that needed done, including a new water heater just based on its age without checking anything out. Supposed to flush my water heater but only drained a couple gallons at most. Said there was rust in it, but 3 months earlier when I changed the anode rod which I do every year, I drained it and it was clear as a bell.

Friendly service from start to finish!
I took advantage of their $49.00 heating system maintenance.
I was informed of the arrival and name of the technician in a timely manner. Lucas arrived in the time frame that was given. He was friendly, informed me of what was inspected, and was respectful of property. Thank you YES Air!
