The guy was nice. But I scheduled a tune up, and that was not what I got. I got an inspection only. He said there was rust I thought he would use a rust brush and clear that up. So no not a deal.

Super impressed with Yes AC , very professional , fast and efficient . After 5 years of use, my garbage disposal developed a leak that could not be repaired, so I needed a new disposal installed. YES responded quickly to my request for service. I was slightly confused as I had called a number associated with a local plumbing service so I wasn’t sure how YES was the responding company. I was happy that this replacement was completed within 5 hours of my call. I didn’t consider this an emergency service but even with a 10% discount I felt I was overcharged. The price for the new disposal at a big box home hardware store based on internet searches was about $150. But paid about 3 times this amount for the labor performed. The YES personnel I interacted with were professional in appearance and easy to work with.

I participate in the monthly preventive maintenance plan and today's visit was PM for my heating system to make sure it's in top shape *before* I need it - what a great concept! They will be back out in early spring to PM the air conditioner side, too. Raymond was on time, professional, polite, and efficient. Very happy with Yes! and the service I received.

After our air conditioner completely shut down, Chris Wang, our air conditioner technician, really came through for our family. I’ve never had a service repairman, of any kind, that was so efficient, fast and professional. I wish he could be cloned. Chris is the perfect example of an exceptional tradesman. Our air conditioner is now working as if it were brand new. Thank you, Chris, we appreciate you!

The technician came out on Saturday and listened to the events leading up to the HVAC shutdown. in a matter of minutes the issues were identified. The technician spent a considerable ti e to correct issues found including one that was unexpected and could have led to very bad results if not addresses. The Tcehnician worked until he had everything fixed to his satisfaction and ensure no further issues. Pleasant and polite gentleman. Great job

Service Technician Jordan was right on time 15 September 2025. He performed routine maintenance and inspection of heating equipment before the cold weather arrives. He was very professional and polite and I called his business to complement the service. We are completely happy with YES MAN CAN.

Yes Air does an excellent job of maintaining our Air/Heat systems and never have to worry about equipment failing or not working properly. Lucas did a great job recently in monitoring our summer air system and getting it ready for the summer. Thanks Lucas!
