Having my water heater was a quick process from beginning to end. Chris who came out to assess the job was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. Nick and his partner ( didn’t get his name) came out and did the install were also friendly and knowledgeable. They got the tank installed very efficiently and answered all my questions. From the time I walked into Lowe’s to ask about getting a water tank installed and the time the install was complete was about three and a half hours!

Excellent service. Water heater died right at the end of the year.. not the bill i wanted to pay after Christmas, but some things are out of our control. Called mutliple business's, but Yes! Was the only company that actually answered. Very professional call agent, and was able to get a tech out at the end of the day. The tech, Miles, was very informative and i appreciate that he didnt try to "Sell or Tell" me what i needed. He performed a diagnosis, and laid out the facts and options, and let me decide for myself. Great experience and its awesome to see professionals that are truly looking out for their potential customer and take pride in providing a service to others, not just to check the job off the list and move on to the next. Miles went above and beyond, and my hot water loving family appreciates it!!.

Professional, Kind, Friendly, and knowledgeable.. Mark was great & Jesse was even better, as he needs to be promoted. His detailed explanation of what I needed and why made me feel comfortable with making an immediate decision to move forward with his suggestions by having a new complete A/C unit installed the same day.

USA was the vendor who Lowe’s sent out to give me a quote to replace an aging gas hot water heater. The two person crew was professional and offered me a couple of options. They were able to the job same day and left everything spotless. We had ample hot water within an hour after the work was finished. The price was higher than I anticipated but I’m happy the work got done.

Christian was amazing. He did a full check of our plumbing and fixed the drainage in our master bathroom. He was very polite and professional. He made us aware of a few things we should address and gave recommendations of how to proceed. He was fantastic. I will specifically ask for him for future needs. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

My pilot light went out and I did not have hot water. I called YES and a technicians Jesse and Myles came out in 30 minutes. They resolved the problem. They were professional and courteous. When there is a problem I will not hesitate to call YES.

The price was too high, but the team of young men sent out worked well together, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut corners. After teaching for 40 years, this old teacher greatly appreciates young people with good work ethics who take pride in doing the job right.

I had Charlie & Richard out yesterday to do maintenance. Today I had Alberto Meza out for a follow up. Alberto took time to explain about my unit, since I just bought my condo in July. I really appreciated his patience and kindness. I will recommend Yes. It’s hard to find a company thats been in business for a long time. They also put in my hot water heater & garbage disposal. I can’t stress enough the value of a regular maintenance plan. Not only for the longevity of the unit, but also when you go to sell, buyers want proof of maintenance invoices. Thank you YES!!!

He was very knowledgeable and was very clean with his work. But not recommended he was way too expensive $2,774.00 to replace a water tank was outrageous and I didn’t get a $300.00 discount as stated on line or my Veterans discount. He was there for 2 hours and cost me $1,000. Per hour. The water tank cost $649.00 from Lowes. As a senior i found the Prices totally unacceptable and i feel taken advantage of.

I called Yes when my hot water heater broke. Between noon and 5PM, Mark and Nick came to my house. Mark helped me set up my expired credit card. Nick dismantled my old hot water heater, took it away and installed my new one. Within five hours they completed the job. They were very professional and friendly.
