The men did a nice job checking the air conditioners. They removed all the panels outside and cleaned the couls well. I dont recall any orher serviceman doing that but they may have at some point. I appreciated all their efforts. Im on the monthly plan so paid nothing today.

Just had our install by Daniel and Dillion, very professional and knowledgeable!! So glad we chose Andy's statewide!! We are excited for our new furnace and air conditioner, ours was 40 plus years old!!!

My furnace died and I had them come out to give me a quote. I decided to do both the furnance and a/c replacement as both were over 20+ years old.
From the salesperson, the product, the planning, the installment, the cleanup, it was seamless!
Well done! I highly recommend Andy’s.
And they were highly recommended to me by a friend who had her A/C unit replaced!

Aiden was super professional. He explained everything he was doing to make sure the furnace was operating properly. The salesperson was very respectful and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The prices were very competitive, and they have a large support team in MI. The installation crew were very nice and respectful of my property. That made sure that the site was cleaner than when they arrived.

I am very happy with the service I received from Andy’s Statewide. I have been with them for over fifteen years and never had a problem with them. Austin, the service man who came to check my AC unit called before he came and was on time. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up when he finished. He was quick and he also explained to me what to look out for in the future since it’s been a few years that I had this particular unit. Austin also showed me how to take care of my outside AC during the summer months. He also answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with the service. Andy’s Statewide is number one on my list.

This was the only company that gave us the time of day when our heater went out in the middle of the night with an 11 month old in the house! They came out so quickly and with the nicest, most knowledgeable tech! Fixed it quickly! A lifesaver! And a really inexpensive service fee, especially compared to the other 5 major companies we called. Thank you!!!

Domonic did our six-month HVAC checkup. He was very knowledgeable and courteous! He took the time to adjust our Ecobee thermostat and make a one-minute video to explain how to adjust some of the settings.

Was having issues with the Nest Thermastat I got wh3n I purchased rhe furnace, dillion came out to give me a checkup and found that there was a deeper problem, but c I updated really tell if it was the Thermastat or the furnace , so he contacted his office explained what was going on, so now I'm waiting for someone else to come out and hopefully fix the problem. Ill update when I know.

I had my furnace inspected, didn't get the best news, but its old. I really appreciated Dennis, as he was professional and went thru all of my concerns and questions with patience. It was reassuring to me about the work needed, as Dennis provided me with a thorough understanding in his details and expertise. He also gave me a clear explanation of my options, and communication was on on point from pre-arrival to follow up. Andys installed my new AC Unit a few years ago, and now im definitely trusting them again in the process for my new furnace. They truly care to have staff that is out here for the customers best interest.

The seasonal inspection and service on our furnace was performed by Brett today. Brett was very personable and patient in helping us resolve a problem with the continuing schedule for our maintenance work. He ended up calling back to the office 3 or 4 times to make sure the schedule was to our liking. He also performed the furnace maintenance in an expeditious and professional manner
