I was so happy with my tech Paul today he was awesome , very knowledgeable , lots & lots of experience doing this , friendly , explained everything to me throughly, easy to talk to & it was just a great experience overall! Mark N. (Sales) professionally and knowledgeably assessed my situation, sized my requirements for new furnace and new A/C unit. Explained in detail the products recommended and scheduled prompt installation.
The installers Corey H. and Dan H. were terrific. They were very professional and courteous and know their products!
Upon completion of the new installation they explained the operation of the furnace, A/C, humidifier, filter, thermostat and answered all my questions. The entire work area was left neat and clean!
Thank you very much Andy’s Statewide, for a great job from sales beginning to job completion.

Great service!! Hunter was super nice and very patient helping me to understand how everything works and why I got the service error popping up on my thermostat, and even showed me how to set reminders for changing out my filters!! Sure glad I picked Andy's Statewide to take care of my furnace!!😁

We are selling our house that happens to be an hour away from where are living currently. It’s a new build and the Amanda furnace was having issues. While walking in to Home Depot to buy space heaters, we bumped into Neil. Neil asked how our furnace was working, and after talking to Neil about our furnace issues and how we had called 5-6 different companies.. Neil had just the right place. Andy’s was the ONLY company to send someone THE SAME DAY. Our technician Brett was fantastic, he traveled over an hour and came out at 6:45pm on a Saturday night. THANK YOU BRETT!! He came in and got right to work diagnosing issues. We later found out that we had not one problem, but three. Brett swapped the only part he could, and had ordered us new parts that night! A huge thank you to Neil and Brett.

From start to finish, Andy’s Statewide Heating and Cooling delivered one of the best service experiences I’ve had in any industry. Jim Fath took the time to clearly explain which furnace would be the best fit for our home, offering helpful specifics without overcomplicating anything. He recommended a high-efficiency Rheem furnace paired with a smart thermostat, and we decided to install a new AC unit at the same time.
Upgrading from an older chimney-vented furnace to a high-efficiency PVC intake and exhaust system came with significant challenges—especially since our existing furnace was located in the middle of the home. We had several other companies give estimates, and Jim was the only one confident it could be done. Not only was his pricing more than fair, but his belief in his installers’ abilities was absolutely justified. It was a true one-stop shop, even including the electrical installation for the new AC unit, which our home never had before.
The spacing and layout made this a very demanding installation. The team had to be extremely precise when creating new openings through the brick exterior while navigating around main plumbing lines, water lines, and electrical in the ceiling. Despite the tight conditions—and without removing bathroom ceiling drywall, as other companies insisted would be necessary—Ryan, Dan, and Al made it happen. They handled every detail with professionalism and left the work area impressively clean, especially considering the snowy, cold day. I know this wasn’t an easy job, but you never heard a hint of frustration or anything unprofessional, which you might expect on a project this complex. They made it look easy, even though I know it was far from it.
As the Senior Project Manager for a construction company, I was thoroughly impressed—from the appointment scheduling, to Jim’s knowledgeable guidance, to the quality of the installation and cleanup. This is exactly how a call center, the representative, the production department, and the installers should function: as a true team.
I always appreciate getting a great deal, but I can honestly say I would have hired Andy’s Statewide even if the project had cost an additional $3,000 for the peace of mind alone. I even asked Jim about ways to save money on the project, and after hearing his reasoning, I couldn’t justify changing anything. He wasn’t the typical high-pressure salesman—you could tell he genuinely cared about helping us make the best long-term decision for our home.
This is exactly the type of company you want to hire for work of this importance. Highly recommended.

Fast, Fair and Professional - from same day furnace Problem diagnosis and “fix or replace” recommendations, to next day installation of a new furnace at a reasonable price. All went smoothly and I am very happy with the entire experience. Shout out to Austin on the diagnostic and sales side and Daniel for the outstanding installation. The new furnace is working as described, nice quiet operation on both stages. Thanks again for the fastest possible service and installation.

Matt had a great knowledge of the system and showed me video of my obstructions.and debris, quoted me for other services to prevent further damage.
I called Statewide @ 8 am and they were here by 1:20. Went out for a part, came back, finished, explained, and was very patient w me getting my payment. He left around 4:30.

Update: I was able to cancel the maintenance plan immediately without any additional fee after contacting the number in the below company response. My discount was also honored. I am concerned how this practice will impact the elderly or person unable to follow through. FYI
Technician was great. Unfortunately, Andy's is a SCAM. Phone rep sold me on a maintenance plan for a discount stating I could cancel the same day with no catch. This is FALSE and a SCAM. Andy's will charge you a full diagnostic fee AND remove any discount applied to your rate if you cancel the 'maintenance plan' before 90 days. If Andy's will stand by what I was verbally told by their phone rep vs the emailed contract received AFTER signing me up by credit card, I will update my comment.
Please call someone else. Plenty of competition out there that will do free a diagnostic.

Our technician did a wonderful job checking out furnace, filter, humidifier for our annual tuneup. Explained everything, very friendly, did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Andy’s Statewide.

Aiden, the technician was very courteous, and knowledgeable. He was helpful in helping us understand how to improve our air quality to help with my wife’s asthma. I have used Andy’s for years and have always been satisfied with their services.
