I am very happy with the service I received from Andy’s Statewide. I have been with them for over fifteen years and never had a problem with them. Austin, the service man who came to check my AC unit called before he came and was on time. He explained what he was going to do and cleaned up when he finished. He was quick and he also explained to me what to look out for in the future since it’s been a few years that I had this particular unit. Austin also showed me how to take care of my outside AC during the summer months. He also answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with the service. Andy’s Statewide is number one on my list.

This was the only company that gave us the time of day when our heater went out in the middle of the night with an 11 month old in the house! They came out so quickly and with the nicest, most knowledgeable tech! Fixed it quickly! A lifesaver! And a really inexpensive service fee, especially compared to the other 5 major companies we called. Thank you!!!

Jake arrived promptly and treated my home with respect. He completed a thorough furnace tune‑up, answered all of my questions, and provided a verbal estimate, with a written one to follow. My service technician was AWESOME!! He arrived at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable, professional and laughed at my stories of an old house 😅. My boss referred Andy Statewide (speaking highly of the company) and I'm glad he did. I will be passing Jake's business card on to my neighbors! (my price includes signing up for their yearly service plan)

Hunter was great. He arrived early. He was friendly, polite, and professional. Clearly explained what he was going to do and explained his findings and opinions. After completing his work and took the time to be sure that everything was working correctly as expected. Andy’s will be my first call from now on.

Dennis came for an a/c tuneup. He asked me how the humidifiers were working. I said I keep getting shocks in a certain part of the house. He checked it out and found that one humidifier wasn’t working at all. He discovered that a mouse had through the wires and was able to quickly repair it!

Was having issues with the Nest Thermastat I got wh3n I purchased rhe furnace, dillion came out to give me a checkup and found that there was a deeper problem, but c I updated really tell if it was the Thermastat or the furnace , so he contacted his office explained what was going on, so now I'm waiting for someone else to come out and hopefully fix the problem. Ill update when I know.
