Matt had a great knowledge of the system and showed me video of my obstructions.and debris, quoted me for other services to prevent further damage.
I called Statewide @ 8 am and they were here by 1:20. Went out for a part, came back, finished, explained, and was very patient w me getting my payment. He left around 4:30.

Had really great service from the repair guy and then the next day at 8:30am sharp the installers came to put new furnace in. Took only about 4 hours to install the new one and remove the old one. Price was really good too.

The furnace went out in the middle of the night your representative forgive me. I forgot his name came in at the time expected he came in, did his thing and he was gone in probably 30 minutes, giving me some ideas as to how to maintain my furnace from here on out. Great service

Furnace not working properly, house getting cold. Looked up 24 hour emergency service companies and came across Andy’s. Called and they said they would have someone out within a 3 hour window. They arrived in 1.5 hours. Of course, when Edgar arrived, the furnace went on. Never fails, however, Edgar kept checking things and came across the problem. He didn’t leave until the furnace was working properly. Great people, great service and I highly recommend Andy’s.

Andy’s was the only company to have a live person answer the phone after hours and schedule an emergency house call within 12 hours. Arrived on time and repaired my furnace quickly and efficiently. Matt was a very professional technician!

Edit (12/3/25): Andy's made everything right, it did take longer than expected, but they corrected the drain line, and today came out and fixed the wall including covering it with paint. The original technician has been told to ensure that they need to ensure they look for notes on work orders. This appears to have been a communication breakdown but in the end, they made everything right. I would have prefered it would have been done the first time around, but at least they came back and took the time and energy to correct the issues. I am keeping the original review for posterity and leaving 4 stars as it would have been prefered that the job would have been done as sold on the first go.

Original Review:
Recently had Andy's come out to replace our furnace, when it came to the drain line, I asked the sales agent, Aaron, if it was possible to use the existing condensate drain line as it was barbed directly into the house drain, he assured me that was not an issue, as I would have had to hire someone to move several stacks of boxes that were currently in the way of the primary drain. When the installer came out, despite numerous people confirming Aaron's notes were on the work order, the installer, Max, ignored that, ran an entire new line into our laundry room, going through the ceiling, drilling into the wall to anchor the new drain line into the utility sink, the very thing I wanted to avoid in the first place.
Aaron assured me this would be taken care of. This morning another tech came out with the dourest of attitudes asking me what needed to be done, after explaining to him once again the issues, he told me to just move the boxes so that he could tie into the drain pipe, despite me repeating to him the fact that I am handicapped and cannot do it myself. He then said that the new setup with the drain line in the laundry room looked "fine" despite the fact we are under contract and the photos of the laundry room my wife designed do not include that drain line. After rudely complaining some more, he asked me where the nearest hardware store was as he did not have the barb to tie into the existing drain line with him, the very job he was sent out to do. Then after speaking with John, the service manager, he told me that his tech would not be able to repair the wall and ceiling after removing the drain line the original installer made anyways, so what is the point?
Not following through on the job sold to me, and then not making it right despite the "100% satisfaction guaranteed" promised espoused on their advertising, I am the one left holding the bag!
This is not at all what expected from Lowe's or Andy's (ASW) and am extremely unhappy but I guess there is just nothing that can be done to correct the damage that was done and I may have to make a concession to the buyer for this new unplanned "addition"!
Avoid if you prefer that your contractors actually do the job as sold to you.

Update: I was able to cancel the maintenance plan immediately without any additional fee after contacting the number in the below company response. My discount was also honored. I am concerned how this practice will impact the elderly or person unable to follow through. FYI
Technician was great. Unfortunately, Andy's is a SCAM. Phone rep sold me on a maintenance plan for a discount stating I could cancel the same day with no catch. This is FALSE and a SCAM. Andy's will charge you a full diagnostic fee AND remove any discount applied to your rate if you cancel the 'maintenance plan' before 90 days. If Andy's will stand by what I was verbally told by their phone rep vs the emailed contract received AFTER signing me up by credit card, I will update my comment.
Please call someone else. Plenty of competition out there that will do free a diagnostic.

Dan was fantastic, he did a great job. If I need a new furnace/Air-conditioner this is the place I will get to install them. I will call then next year or so for a tuneup for the AC , thank again for a job well done and for being so friendly.
Albert was awesome and fast service, he walked in and the noise went away. He stated it may have been debris. I will still call if I need assistance.
Well the noises came back and this time Ashraf heard the noise, he ordered the new part. Andy's has some awesome service tech and are very helpful and very knowledgeable, they are on my great job list.

Quick response and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They talked me through the problem and made recommendations. Now I just have to wait on parts. Not their fault, my system is 20yrs old but Andy’s Statewide keeps it running
