Aiden was great. Came in diagnosed and repaired our furnace in under an hour. Needed a new igniter (which he had on his truck!) and switched it out. Definitely recommend Andy’s Statewide for our HVAC needs!

David (DF)and his partner (JL) were very kind, very professional, very clean and they took the time to answer all of my questions and took care of everything extra I needed done!! I was introduced to Andy’s via a Home Depot pitch in September 2025. I did the promo they were offering. The technician, Christian, came out and was very professional, had great customer service and was very informative. He checked everything and wasn’t trying to sell me. He answered my questions and made a recommendation that I passed on. Fast forward to now February 2026, I was scrambling looking for the company name and number because my thermostat was pop up alerts left and right about humidity. I called Andy’s, spoke with a nice customer rep who put me in touch with Dennis who was great. Christian had left notes on my file about the humidifier that he mentioned and I passed on. Well, today Christian came out and addressed my issue and we are very pleased. I highly recommend Andy’s Statewide for their knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

Fantastic service. Paul did an amazing job. I recommend him to anyone who needs any type of repair on their HVAC system. As a matter of fact after he repaired the unit and left a small indicator light kicked on again and he immediately turned around, came back and fixed it again with no additional charge. Plus, he gave extremely good advice on how to help prevent it in the future.

Corey came to repair the water line to my humidifier and the water line to the furnace’s water pump which were both leaking all over and creating a lake in my basement. He was not only efficient and tidy, but he helped put together a solution to protect the line from my cat which had chewed a hole in one of the lines. He rerouted the line to dump to my laundry sink to prevent it from possibly freezing when dumping to the outside. He made sure to make it all look cosmetically clean and neat, tying the line to the other ones in the ceiling. I appreciate that he was able to do all that work quickly and cleaned it up, leaving the lines looking nicer than before. This was a great visit and I would recommend this technician again.

Edgar was both courteous and professional. He performed an exceptional job troubleshooting to find out why our furnace was over heating and experiencing several circuit lockouts. Edgar was very thorough in problem solving and knew which repairs were needed. Our furnace is operating just fine now, so we plan to use Andy's Statewide Heating and Air services on a regular basis.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We noticed something wrong with our furnace on Monday, called Andy's and they came out that same afternoon. The issues with the furnace turned out to be a safety problem. Since our furnace was nearly 20 years old, we were given an option for repair or a new installation. Matt did an excellent job of informing us of all the data we needed to make a decision. Obviously, we opted for a new one. Andy's scheduled us for early the following morning for the installation. Daniel called prior to his visit and showed up right on time. He did an excellent job and educated us on our new furnace. We were so impressed with the whole corporation .... from the office personnel to the repairman (Matt) to the installation (Daniel). We highly recommend this company!👍👍

Our technician Hunter did a great job diagnosing the problem with our furnace humidifier. He was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Andy's scheduled the humidifier replacement within two days. We have had Andy's service our HVAC for over 30 years, we have never been disappointed by their service. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

My technician Dennis was awesome! Got me up and running and I have heat in my house now for me and my dogs. Great service cool guy and got along well. I'm very glad I could get a same day appointment especially on a Sunday and it being in the middle of winter in Michigan you guys rock keep up the good work!🤘🏻

It was -2 ,degrees when my furnace went out. At 3:30am. I called Andy's 24hr service and they responded. The service tec was professional, knowledgeable, & kind, especially when I had a nervous breakdown, over being cold, up since 3:30, am and wondering how I was going to pay for everything. They finance, and I'm so grateful, because I am elderly, and have limited finances. I would definitely call this
highly-qualified company.

I had an incredible experience with Andy’s Statewide! They came out to check my furnace and were so honest and professional from start to finish. The technician was an amazing representative for the company—very respectful, knowledgeable, and he simplified the diagnosis so I actually understood the fix. To top it off, his boss was incredibly generous and personally ensured we were happy with the service. It’s rare to find this level of integrity. Highly recommend

Recently I called Andy’s Statewide for a furnace check up. Lucky I did! They found two cracks on my heat exchangers. I had had a check up about two years ago and the 38 year old furnace had passed. This time the diagnosis was a new furnace. Andy’s was very fast setting me up with Mark, a great salesman. He was so patient, answering all my questions. I had a lot. They sell Rheem and I was not sure of the quality of their furnace, but after scouring the internet, I found them quite comparable to the budget friendly models offered by Lenox and Carrier. We got three estimates and we ultimately chose the least expensive and closest dealer. That wasn’t Andy’s but they were quite competitive and if I knew more about them, I might have given them a chance. I bought from Family because they’re just down the street and we bought our air conditioner from them a while back.

Called Andy’s Statewide, the company that I have a contract with for servicing my HVAC system, to have them investigate an issue highlighted by my Nest thermostat that they installed for me a couple of months ago. They sent a service tech out within 24 hours. The tech did a complete examination of our system and did a thorough cleaning. It all is running very smoothly now. Top notch service. Highly recommend Andy's Stayewide.

Had Andy’s out again. Needed to have our furnace checked out for winter. New unit a little more than a year old.
Technician was thorough and explained a couple of things. Dillon was very nice and very professional and thorough.

Received a great price for new a.c. and furnace.
Installers were meticulous and thorough and cleaned up everything prior to leaving.
Been with Andy's for a few years in a service contract. Always pleased with their work.

Brett came out to repair furnace that went out around 1am. Smelled gas. Emergency came. Turned furnace off. Consumers came next. Checked for gas leak. Sub zero outside. Called Andy’s. Brett arrived 8:30. Fixed a faulty wire. Back in business. Thank you Andy’s for great service. Brett is great. Explains everything.
