I responded to a flyer for maintenance on our new system (only 2 years old). They honored the price and didn't try and sell me on anything I didn't need. My service tech was very kind, didn't smell like an ash tray, and even covered his shoes when he came into my home. Thank you!

My Aksarben technician completed my furnace tune-up in a thorough and timely manner. He also gave us options to consider to help us improve our air quality inside the house. Very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

We were dealing with a gas range that went out a couple times on us this month. We initially thought it was the range itself but the repair man verified it was good. So we brushed it off as a fluke. Well. It went out again. And finally clicked it was due to weather. Turns out the first plumbers who installled the gas line put the regulator in wrong (outside in Nebraska is a hard no for freezing, etc). Anyway - I called this morning hoping to get something scheduled for later this week when it warmed up and the roads were not so bad. They had someone out within 3 hours. Fixed it. Explained it. And it cost less than the first - wrong install.

Parker was an excellent technician. He braved the first snow of the year and got to us to see what was going on with our furnace. He quickly identified the problem but unfortunately did not have the part on his truck and it was late Saturday evening so no part coming soon.
He was able to rig up a solution so we could still run the furnace until a new part could be installed.
I hope we can have him back to install the new part!

My service guy was Andrew Anthony. Very friendly. We really enjoyed having Andrew as our rep. The issue with our furnace was a recurring problem that the previous reps mis diagnosed. In less than 30 minutes, Andrew found the issue.
He was a super personable individual. Jolly from the time he came to the time he left.

The repairman was Jacob (aka Jake) and from the introduction at the door he was courteous and booted planning to come into the house. He did a thorough job of checking throughout the house. I would like to have Jake put next to my name if we need additional work.

Great people to work with. Dave was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best replacement heat pump unit for our home. Michelle provided valuable advice in advance to help us decide how to proceed. We have been a customer for years and intend to remain so.

Excellent service.👍🏿 Minor plumbing. Garbage disposal replacement. Furnace tune up. Suggested some expensive options to run the furnace better but they where very expensive. Home warranty does not cover appliance only if it breaks down. This puppy going to run for approximately 5 to 10 more years.

Aksarben ARS has consistently provided excellent service over the past 10 years including installation, routine maintenance and repair work of our heating and air-conditioning. Lucas and Mason were out today to get us ready for summer. Aksarben installed our system and they keep the same folks assigned to maintain and repair it. Two winters ago, a part went out and it was freezing outside. Lucas came out, knew what needed to get it running, got the man at the warehouse to get out of bed, open up, get the part; and after midnight, Lucas had our furnace running again. That is why I have confidence in their work; they keep our air conditioning and heating working.
