When my sewer backed they were right there. They kept me informed on what was to be done and cleaned up after they were done. They have also done maintenance on my furnace. Will call them again!!!!!!

Brian provided great service. During our annual furnace check, he caught an issue that needed repair. Instead of pushing it to a second appointment, he took steps to ensure it could all be taken care of during this visit. I really appreciated that. He was knowledgeable, friendly, on-time and efficient. I will be requesting him for service again.

We schedule an annual check up of our furnace. Our technician, Alec did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful.
Our blower needed to be replaced and when he finished it looked like a new furnace.

Excellent! Donna was friendly and attentive to my request for help with my water heater. Shawn Nelsen, licensed plumber, came out within an hour and help resolve the problem with my Navien water heater!’ I have hot water whoohoo!!
I will definitely ask for Shawn for my future plumbing needs!! Five stars!! Outstanding customer service from the experts!! Thank you 🙏

I want to start by saying
these guys deserve a raise. My husband and I have rented properties off and on for at least 39 years and I have not met a team so nice, kind and concise with knowledge of the product.. They were on time, and they were very professional. Sometimes you don't get that type of service,
they went beyond the Line of Duty. I believe their names were Jeremy H and Bear ..

Our air conditioner went out yesterday and they had someone out first thing this morning. Brian was very polite and explained everything he was doing. We ended up having to get a new one so he contacted their office and Keith was at our house within the hour!! He too was very polite and friendly and took his time to go over our options. We are very pleased with Asksarben and their crew! I will be using them from now and and telling my friends to as well 😄 great experience and glad we chose to work with them .

Got a new furnace and AC installed recently. I got so much information on the new unit at the time that it was overwhelming and I had forgotten how to do a couple of things. These guys came out to reshow me things and were so patient with me. No charge! Wow!! This company values their customers! Thanks Aksarben!

I wasn't not happy with the schulding and when I called about it I was told it wasn't there but I had a gmail. Saying the appointment was for 8am this morning the tech was polite and got my air working greatly appericated

Great customer service and did well explaining everything to me. I offered to put my dog away and he told me he was fine with my dog staying out. I caught my worker being really sweet with my dog, even when my dog was trying desperately to play. He gave me estimates but also didn't try to oversell products and gave me plenty of time to look everything over. Aksarben always has solved all my issues and work hard when here.

I’m a monthly ARS subscriber, but I can’t get anything in writing from Aksarben of what value the subscription has beyond free seasonal checkups. Today I was charged $435 to replace a shower cartridge that costs $20. It took ten minutes. No itemization on the invoice. Just a flat charge. I feel ripped off. To top it off, the problem was not fixed. Said I'd need to rip open a basement wall to replace the shower valve. I bought a $12 part on Amazon and fixed it myself.

Aksarben ARS has consistently provided excellent service over the past 10 years including installation, routine maintenance and repair work of our heating and air-conditioning. Lucas and Mason were out today to get us ready for summer. Aksarben installed our system and they keep the same folks assigned to maintain and repair it. Two winters ago, a part went out and it was freezing outside. Lucas came out, knew what needed to get it running, got the man at the warehouse to get out of bed, open up, get the part; and after midnight, Lucas had our furnace running again. That is why I have confidence in their work; they keep our air conditioning and heating working.
