I called several plumbers on a Sunday morning. All were closed until Monday. My mainline was clogged. We couldn't use anything with water including toilets. I called Aksarben ARS. I talked to a real person. They sent Toby and Drew out in LESS than one hour! They had my pipe fixed within half an hour on the coldest day so far of the year. They also gave me a discount on a day I was willing to pay overtime but definitely expected weekend rates. I actually paid half of what another company charged me a few years ago for the same service!! Aksarben ARS is my new go too 100% of the time!! Thank you sincerely!

We had the best service ever.The problem was fixed and he showed me exactly what was wrong. He then stepped me through the new thermostat and explained how the new thermostat works. He is one of the best service tech you have and hope I get him if I need anymore help. He is a huge plus for Aksarben Heating and Air. Thank You

My service technician Gavin Winsor did an excellent job today. He showed me that I had put cc in my furnace filter wrong and corrected it for me, he even left me a diagram so it wouldn't happen again. He cleaned up the area affected by me not doing this correctly. He took his time with the tune up and now I have the assurance that Aksarben is the best service I can ask for. Isaiah arrived on time and diagnosed our heater. He then explained the problem, and we agreed to proceed with the repair. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also offered us a membership to keep the system running smoothly. I highly recommend him and also recommend Aksarben for any heater repairs.

Aksarben has been our service provider for about 10 years, always good services, nice technician and reasonable prices. We have prepaid maintenance, so this option gave us the peace of mind of any surprise about heating or air conditioning issues . We do recommend them any time.

Andrew from Aksarben Heating and Air Conditioning came by my house today to do a furnace service inspection. He was extremely thorough, checked everything possible, cleaned the entire inside of the furnace, took photos of possible problems and show them to me. Wrote the whole thing up and gave it to me to keep and charged me a very minimal fee. I couldn't have been more pleased with his performance! He was a rockstar!

Our water heater faulted with water all over. I called Aksarben and Jason came right out. The next day he was back with a new unit and had it installed within a few hours. So happy with Jason. He was communicative thought the whole process! Thank you to Jason and Aksarben!

I called for an emergency HVAC service. They heard my issue and dispatched a tech who arrived within an hour and a half. The tech was Jose V., and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He did a thorough assessment, addressed inefficiencies, and recommended options. I appreciated his professionalism, and taking the time to explain it all so that I could make mindful decisions about what’s next.

Service was reasonably prompt and very professional. Problem is very complex and very difficult to diagnose. However, subsequent appointment was scheduled to further get to diagnosis and repair. As unit is under warranty, there has been no charge. Five stars for this serviceman.

I would like to give a shout out to Jake Lynn. I always get my furnace serviced yearly with Aksarben. Jake went over and beyond explaining the furnace system and the part I need to replace. He also gave me a flyer explaining the service plan that has never been shown to me. Aksarben, Jake is a wonderful employee! Give him raise! LOL 😁

The tech was friendly and explained what he was doing and offered different maintenance options. At this time I didn’t sign up for anything. He did get my humidifier working again.

This was a scheduled check up on the system. Jake completed the work quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge.

Bryan performed the annual preventative maintenance on my furnace. He said that everything checked out fine. He commented that my furnace filters would need to be replaced monthly due to the higher MERV rating, restricting air flow. He recommended that they should be around 8. I think mine are 14. He also set up our humidifier so we’re good to go.

Jose was a friendly, knowledgeable tech. He was here for furnace and humidifier tune-up. Jose explained everything that was needed. He was an amazing tech and was here in the sub zero windchills with no complaints. If we need service or repair would love to have him out. Thanks Jose!!
