We had a serious Sunday morning plumbing clog. While other services didn’t respond to requests for service or only offered service on Tuesday, Aksarben answered the request quickly and had us scheduled this day and within a couple of hours. The technician was fantastic in explaining the options and costs, as well as consulting with me throughout the process. The issue was a difficult one, but the clog was resolved and a follow up free scoping scheduled for the next Morning.

My husband and I recently procured a new hot water heater unit from Aksarben Heating and Air, and the very next day, promptly removed the previous unit and installed a new one. The technician was professional and courteous. The task was executed efficiently. They also matched the cost from two other reputable dealers, providing the same unit and warranty. Our thermostat stopped working in the middle of the night over the weekend. After trying to replace it ourselves, we called AKSARBEN. Matthew, was earlier than the original schedule and very polite. He explained in detail what we goofed and what needed to be done to fix it. He was in and out in about 2 hours and made sure we were all set before leaving. Our dogs (and us humans) are very thankful to have our air conditioning back.

Alec came and wore booties in my house. He checked the HEATING System and the humidifier. Alec put a in new humidifier pad. We have a type of service contract with Aksarben. Which allows for a spring check and fall check of our HVAC System.

They came and not only fixed the problem, but found the bigger issue and helped resolve damage issues. 10000% recommend. I will never call anyone else...mind you we had another company less than 2 weeks ago out...broke a pipe and took 0 responsibility....these guys took the time...on a saturday...to not only find the actual problem but find solutions. Everyone is awesome!

We received a courtesy call that the technician was on the way. The technician arrived on time. He was courteous, very friendly, completed the annual system check up, and satisfactorily answered my questions. Aksarben ARS does preventive maintenence on our heating and a/c systems every year.
