From the initial visit to fix a washer valve to the water heater replacement, Dillon and Jeff were top-notch plumbers, answering all my questions and ensuring I understood what work was being done. Work is quality and I'm happy with the results!

Jose was the right tech. Knowledgeable and personal. I will request Jose by name for any system issues. Ran into a couple issues that were unpredictable. First the original tech was unavailable due his prior job turning into an emergency job last over 5 hours. Everyone I talked to was personally involved in seeking a solution. Ended up talking with a Dispatcher (Army) who I may have run met at Offutt Benny Davis. He and I mutually arrived at a workable solution and the rest is history. I did discuss my issue with other Dispatchers who were also solution seekers. Took awhile...bottom line we all worked together and the rest is history with a smile.

Called on Friday morning asking for a quote, they had The new A/C unit installed by Monday morning. Installers were professional, and Neat with their work. I Highly recommend these guys!

Our sewer line blockage turned into a huge repair as our line was over a 100 years old and went behind our house and through a neighbor’s yard. Everyone said they’d never seen anything like it before. Everyone from Aksarben were very honest about what our options were based on what they knew. When they didn’t know because our line was so old and the records for where it hooked up to
the city main were not clear they said, we don’t know but here’s what plan A would be and the cost to do it, here’s our plan B and the cost to do that, and here’s our plan c if needed and the cost and reasoning behind that. Other companies wanted to charge us for every little thing. Aksarben gave a free camera inspection, the other guys, $600 just to look. Everyone that worked on this were friendly, understanding and did their best to get things taken care of fast and wasn’t a band aid that would cost more later.

Our tech was stellar. Respectful young man, knocked out the AC and furnace inspections/cleanings in about an hour. Yearly tune-up, can’t recommend Aksarben ARS enough. Easily 5 star service material.

Main drain cleaning with camera inspection special was completed and the technician was informative about further steps to prevent future problems! Ive also used aksarben for the furnace tuneup, i recommend taking advantage of all their specials!!

The service tech was real polite and informative. We had our main drain cleaned from a special they had. Thank goodness nothing was clogging our pipes. I was disappointed that the call center did not inform me that the camera service was not done by the same technician and separate visit from a different tech would need to come. The camera view of drain is part of the special. Also, the website is not clear with pricing or the call center did not tell us the truck charge. I don't like that its a call center who answers the phone instead of someone who could answer my questions before service. I asked the call center to have tech call before service, never got a call, only an automatic text saying tech will arrive soon. None of my complains are techs fault just business operations. Rating of 5 star is for the service only, 3 star for appointment process.

Technician did a very thorough job. Very professional & friendly. As he stated, he was not given an advance notice of supplies needed; and his job was delayed waiting for the supplies, at no fault of his own. He then had to work later hours, which I felt bad about.

Parker came to my home yesterday for my annual air conditioner check up. He had a long day but still made time to keep us on the schedule. He is a polite young man, a knowledgeable worker and interested in providing what we might have need of. Parker is a good worker.
