Redemption!
Dwight R. Junior restored my faith in Blue Dot! after I described The problem I was having he diagnosed and repaired it in no time flat. He was kind courteous an understanding of my trepidation. He not only put me at ease, but went over and above to make sure that I was happy. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service representative, who work to ensure that my issues were resolved and was sympathetic to my needs. Based on the way that they handle my problem I would definitely call them back again.

Today we needed a second service call even though we just had a major part installed yesterday. Collin, our technician, was thorough and efficient. Moreover, both he and Blue Dot made it right and are installing a new compressor in a few days. We are very impressed.

I decided to use Blue Dot instead of a larger scaled HVAC company to see if my experience and pricing would be different and/or better. The answer is yes. My tech was thorough, loved my dogs and explained everything to me and answered my questions. I will definitely be using them in the future.

They came in and did yearly maintenance. They showed me everything they found and make suggestions for improvements. No upsell, which was greatly appreciated. They did all the work for the quoted price. Would use again for my upgrades and services.

I had the pleasure of having Michael come by my home to give my AC unit a check, before the warmer months arrived. I found the price point to be great. Michael provided great customer service and answered all of my questions kindly and professionally. I will be calling on Blu Dot again when I am in need of service.

Blue Dot installed my heat pump system and I have a twice a year maintenance contract with them. Paul S. did a great job on the semi-annual maintenance yesterday. He was on time, very thorough, explained everything and gave knowledgeable answers to my questions.
Update: I had maintenance done this week by Cory who did an excellent job. I have always been very pleased with the maintenance done by Blue Dot technicians.
Update 9/26/23: I had the semi-annual maintenance done by Omar M. He was outstanding. He was very thorough and gave great answers to my questions about the system.
Update 3/26/24 Anthony A. did the semi-annual maintenance. He did a great job on the maintenance and answering my questions.
Update 3/26/25 Tiyese P. was outstanding. He is one of the best Blue Dot technicians I have ever had work on my system and I have used them for almost 20 years. He was very thorough and explained a lot to me.
Update 9/26/25 Adrian did a great job on the semi-annual maintenance. He was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and did a thorough job of checking my system.
3/26/26 Hasan K was great. He checked my whole system as part of semi-annual maintenance. He explained everything to me when I had questions.
