I was approached in Lowe's by a gentleman who presented a $19.95 furnace service call. I took it and was very pleased with Andre's performance.

Sales rep and then technicians were all very knowledgeable and professional. They took time to explain everything after the install. They were very friendly and made the process seamless. They deserve a pay increase for being such positive and professional representatives of Blue Dot. Highly recommend their services. 10 outta 10!

I couldn’t be happier with my service. My home is warm and comfortable. Blue Dot found a critical safety issue with my furnace and replaced it the next day! The chimney flue was discovered to be blocked and contained asbestos. An environmental team was dispatched and my work was still completed on time! Great company!

Our Blue Dot Technician Andrew Y. Arrived and quickly diagnosed our problem. He was super helpful in fixing our issue and polite and courteous. We’ve had great luck with Blue Dot and they our go-to service place. I highly recommend Blue for your service and installation needs. Andrew is a rock star!

DJ was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained Blue Dot policy and pointed out the advantages of the company and the commitment to same-day service.
I especially like the 24 hour availability with no upcharge for weekends and holidays.
Packney and Ariel were very helpful, courteous and professional. The outdoor heat pump wasn't available for a couple weeks so Jasper arranged for Ramon to come by and set up the thermostat so we could get auxiliary heat. In the end Ramon and a co-worker arrived with two new 3 ton units for inside and outside and, despite inadequate wiring and a very tight inside space they were able to install the new units and now we have a wonderful new 3 ton system. With new wiring. Throughout the installation there were equipment availability issues but Jasper was by our side through it all and the end result is wonderful. This is my first experience with Blue Dot and I have to say that the personnel are stellar. Personable, helpful, and professional. I'm happy with my decision to go with Blue Dot. The experience is a world of difference from my previous HVAC company. I'm excited to have Blue Dot and look forward to a long relationship.
Thursday February 5th 2026:
semi-annual maintenance under contract. I Knocked off a star. Tech was unsure whether both units were to be serviced and he tried to sell us three overpriced surge protectors. We have buried lines, a local transformer and a whole house generator with a surge protected panel. I fired my last HVAC company for similar rip-offs.

Just had my annual fall maintenance on my two HVAC systems. Antonio, the service tech was very thorough and documented each step as he tested and checked both units. He also explained what he was checking and answered all of my questions as well. An excellent technician. Price listed on the survey is for my annual yearly maintenance service on both combined.

David is a great person and a great technician. One of the best we've had. He is very patient while explaining things. He did a great job diagnosing what needed to be done. The system is running better than it has been after being installed one month ago. He fixed things.
