Technician arrived 10 minutes early and did well for what he could do. Unfortunately for me, in addition to the heat pump, I have oil auxillary and Blue Dot does not service that.

From sale to installation everyone was knowledgeable, informative and friendly during our purchase of a new furnace. We were able to get financing and great monthly payment plan. The installation was done in a few hours and a new digital thermostat was installed as well. We are happy and grateful we had no problems from start to finish.

Alex for thorough explanation of process of replacing the HVAC system with a detailed outline of the estimated costs. Grateful for their timely and efficient response.
