The technician Justin found the wiring issue and fixed it promptly, then the heating system started to work. Justin is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Blue Dot.

Quotation mark. The gentleman that came under my home was above and beyond courteous probably one of the nicest servicemen I’ve ever met. Excellent customer service excellent explanation of what is wrong with my unit. I honestly can say it was a very pleasurable experience. He showed me everything he went through everything with detail he wasn’t trying to rush. He took his time. He even wrote me a letter to show exactly what was wrong. I could not ask for better service thank you guys so much for the service call today and the such experienced intelligent Young man. Extremely knowledgeable as well. I greatly appreciate how quickly your company was able to come thank you so much.

Quotation mark. Our heat went out overnight after a snow storm. Blue Dot responded the next day and successfully repaired the system! The technician was friendly, efficient and displayed a great attitude the entire visit. blue Dot’s Customer service and the Tech - Adrianne (spelling?) - we’re great!

Quotation mark. My technician was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything in detail and discussed options with me. He showed me which part was affected and explained how it should function. He attempted several times to repair it before determining the need for a replacement. I feel confident that he did his best . I appreciate his patience. Great job!

I had a scheduled appointment today with BlueDot, the driver showed up in front of my house but could not park the van, instead he drove back/forth for two to three minutes then continued to leave. I received a call from the dispatch 20minutes later stating the driver couldn't make down the street I told her I watched the driver infront of my house to about 5 minutes in the middle of the street. all he had to do was park there and come in give me a quote to replace my HVAC since we have been without heat since Sunday. But they worried about safety what about the people freezing. they made up for their mistake, I gave them a second chance due to other companies not showing up or rescheduling once onboard they did a great job and gave a great price with awesome warranties will be calling them back soon to get an AC unit installed.

Quotation mark. Technician - Adrian - was EXCELLENT! Very thorough in his research, evaluation and analysis of our service issue. Unfortunately customer service regarding communication from dispatch team was severely lacking - even though we are in their Elite service plan. Took 3 days to get a service visit with numerous service windows missed and no communication even when we were told to expect a call. Appears that they are understaffed and need to work on improving their customer service.

Quotation mark. Blue Dot has always been professional and have provided great service. However in today's visit I find your service person Andre rude and unprofessional! As soon as I open the door he immediately questioned me why I scheduled this visit today when they were here a month ago? I told him the reasons. But that's not the point. First of allI paid for the service plan. His overall mannerism was unprofessional such as talking to someone on the phone just completely ignoring my brother who followed him around in case he has questions or needed anything. I recommend Andre to be trained or get another job!

Quotation mark. Took care of our Gas Meter Leak Great price and definitely good customer service. Randy and his apprentice showed up and took care of the furnace and chimney top. Also, gave me a quick schooling on heating system. Fernando came after Thanksgiving with a smile on his face and quickly tuned up the system and replaced a temperature sensor. I've also signed up for Pro Club...hope it works great. Pretty hot 🔥 day today 7 11 2024. Per our Pro Club membership today Gregory Harris, serviced our units inside and out. Great Customer Services and taught me a little on what to look for when serving the unit. 1 22 2026 Services was outstanding. Blue Dot Pro has really been a blessing. We get Services twice a year and today our heating unit was Service today and the Pro was excellent 👌🏾 👏🏽 👍🏾 🙌🏽 😎 😀 Thanks.
