My maintenance checkup appointment went well and it actually was before my scheduled time. 😊 My technician was very pleasant and explained to me what was going on. This is my first full year of using Blue Dot and I am satisfied thus far. Glad to have them for the just in case.

Kyle was so great! He came at a decent hour and was honest and helpful. He taught and informed me of some basics in regard to my water heater maintenance. After my last experience I was ready to write this company off,but after my interaction with him..I guess it just depends on the technician who comes your way.

Antonio was great. He came in on time and went right to work. He assessed my equipment and explained to me what he was doing while working. He provided me recommendations but also told me that my system was in good working condition. I appreciated the services he provided.

Very knowledgeable tech. Tech damaged irrigation system with service truck when exiting driveway. Bluedot has been unresponsive in repairing damage since September 11. I have been a loyal customer for years and deserve better treatment. Bluedot please respond to my issue.

Today's visit was for routine maintenance( which I have done twice a year.) Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Completed my routine maintenance.
You do get a lot of reminders from Blue Dot. Phone calls, emails text messages and even snail mail. It can be a little annoying. Update.. Not quite as many reminders this time
I've never needed this company in an emergency situation so I do not know how quickly they handle a breakdown during the middle of the season.

Blue Dot installed my heat pump system and I have a twice a year maintenance contract with them. Paul S. did a great job on the semi-annual maintenance yesterday. He was on time, very thorough, explained everything and gave knowledgeable answers to my questions.
Update: I had maintenance done this week by Cory who did an excellent job. I have always been very pleased with the maintenance done by Blue Dot technicians.
Update 9/26/23: I had the semi-annual maintenance done by Omar M. He was outstanding. He was very thorough and gave great answers to my questions about the system.
Update 3/26/24 Anthony A. did the semi-annual maintenance. He did a great job on the maintenance and answering my questions.
Update 3/26/25 Tiyese P. was outstanding. He is one of the best Blue Dot technicians I have ever had work on my system and I have used them for almost 20 years. He was very thorough and explained a lot to me.
