My maintenance checkup appointment went well and it actually was before my scheduled time. 😊 My technician was very pleasant and explained to me what was going on. This is my first full year of using Blue Dot and I am satisfied thus far. Glad to have them for the just in case.

Kyle was so great! He came at a decent hour and was honest and helpful. He taught and informed me of some basics in regard to my water heater maintenance. After my last experience I was ready to write this company off,but after my interaction with him..I guess it just depends on the technician who comes your way.

Antonio was great. He came in on time and went right to work. He assessed my equipment and explained to me what he was doing while working. He provided me recommendations but also told me that my system was in good working condition. I appreciated the services he provided.

Very knowledgeable tech. Tech damaged irrigation system with service truck when exiting driveway. Bluedot has been unresponsive in repairing damage since September 11. I have been a loyal customer for years and deserve better treatment. Bluedot please respond to my issue.

Just had my annual fall maintenance on my two HVAC systems. Antonio, the service tech was very thorough and documented each step as he tested and checked both units. He also explained what he was checking and answered all of my questions as well. An excellent technician. Price listed on the survey is for may annual yearly maintenance service on both combined.

I was scheduled yesterday to have a technician come out, but no one showed up. I called and was rescheduled for today. Kevin W finally showed up to provide the service. Although he had a faulty meter that was not working, his wonderful personality made up for all of the inconveniences. He made excellent recommendations for my current unit.

Today's visit was for routine maintenance( which I have done twice a year.) Technician was knowledgeable and courteous. Completed my routine maintenance.
You do get a lot of reminders from Blue Dot. Phone calls, emails text messages and even snail mail. It can be a little annoying. Update.. Not quite as many reminders this time
I've never needed this company in an emergency situation so I do not know how quickly they handle a breakdown during the middle of the season.

We currently have a contract with Blue Dot and have been very satisfied with their service. Today Alvin LC came out to do the winter maintenance check. He was very pleasant and professional and assured us that our system was ready for cold weather. He also showed me where the condensate line is located that our HOA requires regular cleaning. Since we have a contract, there was no additional expense for today's service. I highly recommend Blue Dot for all HVAC needs.
