I had the pleasure of having Michael come by my home to give my AC unit a check, before the warmer months arrived. I found the price point to be great. Michael provided great customer service and answered all of my questions kindly and professionally. I will be calling on Blu Dot again when I am in need of service.

Marco Tendilla, HVAC technician arrived promptly at my house for the appointment. He carefully explained the steps regarding the HVAC repairs (in this case, motherboard and transformer) and even offered appropriate and helpful suggestions regarding my HVAC system. Overall, I would highly recommend Marco!

I want to commend Marco T. for his excellent service. He was professional, kind and thorough. He went the extra mile to help me with cleaning my grates before replacing filters I purchased and they were embarrassingly dirty! He explained timeframes for replacing so I now have dates on my personal calendar to ensure I replace the filters more diligently. He was also kind enough to bring groceries in as my delivery arrived at the same time he did! Excellent service!

We needed someone to look at our furnace because the pilot light kept going out. The technician, Dwayne, was on time and efficient. He was very customer oriented and up front with the cost of repairs. I will continue to use Blue Dot for my heating needs.

Blue dot installed a new system but there was an issue with the furnace vent leaking 10 days later. They were able to send a technician, Rose, the next day and he communicated about the issue and did a repair. He said if the repair didn’t work they would have to send an install team to replace the part.

Anthony Bobb deserves nothing less than a 5-star review for his outstanding HVAC service. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the job was done right, and left everything clean and in perfect working order. I had an AC tuneup done by Blue Dot this morning. It was very easy to get the appointment quickly . After the tech left, I had a little issue and had to call Blue Dot back. They immediately sent another tech back to my house. Super fast service!!! Collin McKnight figured out and fixed my issue quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He taught me a few things about my unit that I never knew. He explained everything. I highly recommend him😊

It took a couple of days for our compressor to get working . The first 2 techs were unable to get the newly installed system to work. On the second day , Tech Rose (last name ) came early in the morning and was able to test the entire system and fix the issue. He took time to explain what was happening with the system and was able to get it working within 1 hr. He seems knowledgeable about the HVAC system. Tech Rose performance was effective and efficient . I appreciate that all the techs sent to our home were professional and timely.

The installation was very professional and the technicians were very knowledgeable and professional, the only problem was when the technicians didn't finish on the first day, and I called to find out if they were coming back to finish the next day, I never received a call back like the operator said someone would call me back and they didn't, so I had to call my sales rep and he's had to let me know that they were coming back the next day, to me communication was a little bad, because of no call back. When I worker in service the rule of thumb was call the customer back with good news, bad news or no news but call the customer back, communication is the key to good customer service. I give the technicians 5 stars and communication 4 stars. I feel the sales manager could have gotten the price down a little more. I didn't get three estimates I went with my gut feeling and chose BlueDot.

Collin did a great job explaining the problem and the solution. He went to get the part immediately and 2 hours later we had an air scrubber installed. Problem solved. Even got a discount for being a Blue Dot subscriber.
