My plumbing service from Blue Dot was fantastic. The plumber Ryan was kind and very thoughtful in explaining my options. My old toilet was 30 years old and the problem we discussed was best solved by installing a new toilet. He gave me a fair price and I am happy I chose this option. I highly recommend Blue Dot services for any plumbing needs.

I loved the service Blue Dot offers. My regulator on my furnace was not working and on the coldest days. I called and they set up service fir me. They were prompt to the point, did not over charge or try to swindle us. The tech fixed the problem and was done in no time. If your having heating issues I personally recommend Blue Dot.

Both our sales representative and installation team were outstanding. Was without heat and they got it installed the next morning. Everybody was courteous and professional. World highly recommend Blue Dot.

The representative for blue dot who arrived at my doorstep could not have been more kind and polite. Anthony A. did an excellent job! After hearing my ‘symptoms’ he started in on the job. And within a short time he let me know of the reason for the heating system shutdown, how it was resolved, and what to do in the future. (I WILL change my filter every month!) He also let me know of some options for updating my system to keep up with technology and demand. Polite. Professional.
