Andrew Mcloughlin is very responsible, very knowledgeable yet very professional. He quickly figured out the issue with my heat up set up, fixed it, did check several things to make sure it works properly. Great job! I highly recommend him and ARS.

My tech was so good! He totally helped me understand my furnace and heating and air conditioning system. He showed me that I had filters that I need to clean in my mini split. Thank you!

Jesse was great! He checked the furnace and replaced the filter. Explained to us to change the filter every 3 months. He simply was wonderful

Ars was able to come out and diagnose the issue with my furnace. Unfortunately that called for installing a brand new unit. They were able to give me a very fair price and were out the next day for the install. The crew arrived in the time window that was agreed upon, completed the job in a very timely neat manner. After install I noticed the crew had forgotten to seal up one side of the return duct to the furnace. Ars was very responsive and had a technician out to correct the issue. Bottom line I am pleased with my experience with Ars.

The technician Pierre showed on time and diagnosed the problem fast and fixed the issues for my rental unit. He also stayed after to throughly access the system and made sure the heating system was functioning properly. I highly recommend ARS.

I just had Jesse, a technician with ARS , conduct a system inspection on my boiler. He was cordial, extremely helpful knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and explained how my system is operating and pointed out any issues I should be aware of. He focused on the details and showed me everything. My system is about 20 years old and I’m taking some preventative measures to make sure that I know what I need to do. I’m very satisfied with the experience.

I am so glad I chose ARS. My furnace went right before the new year and they were able to come out the same day I called. I got my furnace the next day. Brendan came out and was super helpful. He helped me get the right financing for me and didn't rush me to make a choice he guided me on what steps to take and gave me options of furnaces to choose from. He made it simple and easy. The crew that came out to change the furnace wasted no time, they were very respectful and punctual. This company definitely has people who know what they are doing. I highly recommend.

ARS came to the rescue and fixed what was broken in an efficient and prompt manner. Our furnace had stopped working the day after Christmas. We called ARS and the technician - Timothy came and quickly found the issue. He was really nice and knowledgeable! The furnace is back in just a couple of days after ordering some parts and testing out some wires. Thanks Tim for such great experience and learning something new about our furnace. We’ve been with ARS for over 8 years and appreciate all the help that we receive along the way.

Everyone was kind, patient and helpful. I had no heat and they did everything they could to get me a new furnace ASAP. They saved Christmas for my family! So appreciative. I have been using ARS for about 10 years and am always pleased.

The technician was professional and courteous. He performed the preventive maintenance then thoroughly explained what he did in simple terms easy for a homeowner to understand. ARS highly recommended!!!
