ARS installed my Mitsubishi minisplit and services our larger unit. They are reliable and competent. I like the reminders I get from them and have a service contract. My large, older unit developed a leak and ARS was able to repair it for much less than the cost of a new unit.

Jesse was excellent and explained the problems with our 15 year old York unit, complete with photos of areas that are problematic. He answered our questions and explained options with no sales pressure of any kind. I also appreciate that ARS could send him out within the hour of my initial call and even arrange for a sales appointment this very afternoon (which is heating up to over 95°).

I had a great experience with ARS when my AC stopped working. I called them in the morning and they scheduled a same-day appointment between 12-4. The technician called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem with my system, and fixed it by replacing a part. I appreciated the clear communication and fast, professional service.

I used a promo to tune up my a/c. The price for the tune up was great but the company was less than transparent about the pricing of the refrigerant in case the system needed a top up. I called repeatedly about this and the sales people promised that a technician would call me about this but I never received a call. All for good reason. The rate that the company charges for the refrigerant is 5 times the rates available on a google search.
However, I still rate the service at 5 stars because the technician, Rob, who showed up was great. He was nice, friendly and honest. It turned out that my system didn’t need any refrigerant top-up, so I didn’t have to worry about its price. So, I will use the company’s services again for its technicians but it would be nice if the company was upfront about the price of the parts and the consumables.

I had a 2 plumbing issues that were evaluated and priced. The work was completed timely and pricing was fair. They were in and out on 90 minutes. They were very polite and courteous. I will definitely call them back for any future needs.
