Roy Baxter was very professional and pleasant. I am 75 years old and he was patient with me and explained my repair options in detail.
He took photos of my plumbing in the crawl space, then explained my options for moving forward. Thanks, Roy for making my repair experience pleasant.

Excellent overall experience with this company. Their estimator was knowledgeable and explained the options clearly. I was sold on the guarantee but more importantly on the reputation of their company. The installers called me a half hour before their arrival and were on time and professional. They did the job thoroughly, didn’t make a mess, and they explained what work would be required. Their electrician had to make some upgrades to insure the job would be up to current code and he answered questions with ease. They cleaned up afterwards and hauled off all the old equipment. It was 40 degrees outside when they finished and an hour and a half later the house was a comfortable 68 degrees! I will be recommending Brothers to everyone I know.

Nathaniel Engels came out today on this blistering cold, windy day!! He checked everything out but wasn’t able to fix my problem but he was super nice and friendly!! He told me what I needed to get done and if I needed their services after that to give them a call!! I highly recommend Brother’s Air, Heating & Plumbing!!

Very friendly, timely & efficient. Paid diagnostic fee for labor that could've been caught previously during a tune up. 10 year warranty didn't cover.

AJ Lahr did a great job in our AC, also set properly our heat pump in our ecobee thermostat, he ran all the tests to ensure that the heat pump and the AC work both together, he checked all the thresholds…. Amazing service

I appreciate the patience of explaining everything to me. I feel comfortable with annual service on both units and furnace. Charles was very good at helping me with the “biological matter” in my attic. Caleb was very sweet and explained everything. Levi was very thorough with the furnace. I appreciate the explanations and pictures of both units. Thank you for not selling me anything.

The actual service was great... everything was explained and taken care of in a timely manner. However... I was scheduled between 8am-Noon and the technician didn't arrive until 2:30pm... basically took up my entire day.
