My beginning experience did not go so well my appointment was scheduled for and confirmed for 8-9am then it was changed to 8-12pm due to a call out but the technician didn’t arrive till about 2:30pm I give the whole experience a 4 because the technician saved the experience he was great very professional knowledgeable and will to go the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied because of him I signed up for Elite plan and will only be using him on my unit I feel Brother Air needs to acknowledge his hard work and the fact that he saved a customer. Honestly he deserves a raise he is the only reason I stayed.

Wow, I was impressed. Roy introduced himself. He was professional, polite, and you can tell he enjoys his job. He checked my entire plumbing system, flushed my tankless heater, and did a sewer camera check.Thank you Roy for a job well done. I appreciate you!

Shawn and Brian were a great team. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
They completely covered the floor where there would be traffic and wore shoe covers so as not to damage the floors.
They were open to my questions and took time to answer them.
They called me when they were on the road told me when to expect them, They were on time!!!!
They did a great job and cleaned up everything just like
they found it.
It was. Complete installation of A/C and Furnace, The salesman was wonderful too. He explained the company from front to back and I was sold. No pushy, just believable and sincere,

I really enjoy Brothers Air, Heat & Plumbing Customer Service. They are extremely helpful and responsive. Whenever there's special promotions, they contact me and make me aware. The technicians are professional. I will always be a customer as long as I am in Charlotte. I highly recommend this company.

9/26/25–Eric was outstanding, professional and efficient. Got my heat/winter maintenance completed and installed a new outside surge protector. Great job. Ready for winter and Charlotte’s crazy weather. Customer service was great got immediate assistance on same day call. Very happy customer.
10/3/23- Ron was excellent and professional. In addition to him checking the system he installed a new filter for me (4 inch thick one) and he suggested a “booster kit” for the outside unit to strengthen its boosting Freon etc. he also went over everything and the unit is running fine. He was excellent, personable and professional. I strongly recommend him and Brothers! Gene
10/3/22-Bk (Boise) again was on time, professional knows the business. Received efficient, professional services…maintenance on my new system installed 1 1/2 years ago-Amana, and boy am I happy…A/C great, heat/ toasty…now someone talk to Duke to get my monthly down a lot faster, will ya! Previous appointment to cool it DORENE more upstairs…Boise was excellent. He was on time, professional and actually solved the problem quickly. My damper was stuck closed no air upstairs…he immediately accessed this, corrected it and within 30 minutes it was cool upstairs. Happy wife, Happy life! Wife came upstairs and said it was “chilly,” love it. These guys installed a new a/c and furnace in March 2021 and been very happy with the performance. Boise made my day! Thanks. Gene B
4/16/24-Excellent service provided by Mikes. On time, totally professional. Did A/annual maintenance. Super job. Ok they took pictures and found some bacterial growth showing up. What you do? Let the bacteria grow or add a top of the line Air Scrubber that doesn’t emit Ozone? So we agreed to do it now rather than later. Miles installed it nicely got it all set up with ultra violet light to address the bacteria growth. Ok a day after taxes, I not only owed the IRS but the scrubber and install wasn’t cheap. But hopefully we’ll breath cleaner air…and a few year’s down the road it will need a new bulb…thanks, Brothers and especially Miles, everything is running smooth. Gene B
