I used their service through Lowe’s for their maintenance package at $69. I am glad I did because I bought my house and had no clue what the deal was with the a/c, they checked it out and said everything looked good. I was told my unit was much newer than I assumed. They recommended a few things to make my a/c run more efficient but there was no pressure involved. Will work with them in the future for sure.
