The service tech they sent me was one of the best I have ever seen, he took his time and explained everything. ARS had significant issues with their scheduling, which is why they decided to provide the service free of charge after numerous cancellations, although to be honest, there have been many calls for emergency repairs due to a cold, snap,and they kept having to reschedule us at least five times. When they did finally come, the service was excellent, so good that despite their scheduling problems I would not hesitate to use them again. I gave them four stars instead of five simply because of the numerous times they rescheduled us with little warning
