Dwayne (the technician) was professional and thorough. He made sure I knew what was going on at every step. I hope that the changes made will assist in correcting some areas of concern but I feel comfortable calling them back if it is not resolved.

They have been servicing our heating and air system for many years. Overall they have done a good job. This time I had to call three times to get someone to come out. I had three different appointments and they finally came today. The young man did his job and explained everything. Thank you Jamal for the good service.

ARS delivered excellence from start to finish! My Comfort Specialist, Mr. Jacobs kept his word and followed through on replacing my worn register vents — going above and beyond to ensure the job was truly complete after the install of my brand-new HVAC system and ductwork. He contacted Mr. Mitchell, whose team — including Mr. Roberts — came out and installed both the floor and wall registers promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
This is what integrity looks like. They didn't just complete the job — they completed it beautifully. Mr. Jacobs, Mr. Mitchell, Mr. Roberts, and the entire crew have earned not just five stars, but my loyalty. Thank you, ARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My technician, Stephen was amazing! He was thorough and he provided me a learning opportunity as he explained everything he did as he did it. He was patient with me and as a senior citizen, this meant a lot to me!! The price was fair and answered all of my questions clearly. Kudos and may God Bless him!!

ARS did great a job putting in new hvac system in a few hours. Workmen very professional, courteous, and cleaned up when job completed. Jason (salesman) was very patient, informative, and helped me through the entire process. Jason(workman) was great and explained everything well to me. Appreciate all of them and very satisfied with new hvac system and warranties.

I am a 72 year old widow in poor health with recent stroke in Sept 25. I live alone on fixed income. No family in area. I trusted Jason/salesman for Ars who sold me $1200 hvac system and assured me no duct problems seen. ARS was my 2nd opinion. First opinion was full duct system replacement needed. Signed duct waiver as Jason directed me. Called ARS multiple times about system after placed. Repairs done to hvac system filtering and ducts vacuumed per their report for debris. Single wide Mobile home chilly since winter began and kept heat on 70. Called ARS again multiple times and Feb electric bill $650. Serviceman came and reported large holes in duct. Heating the ground. Placed sheet metal on holes and charged $250, and told me no other holes found, and no replacement needed. ARS rep told me I paid for hvac system and the duct problems are my problem and they were not there to verify what Jason told me. I am very unhappy with how I was treated and see no appropriate customer service or concern while I am paying monthly for hvac loan bill.

After three times making appointments and three times a no show, (confirmed on each end through text messages), finally a Tech was dispatched, but not on the day they had made the appointment for, which was to be the following day, and an hour before scheduled time, a Tech was his way….frustrating to once again having to call ARS, because he was day early, but to hear the dispatcher tell me I had 10 min s to get back to my house or he would leave and I would have to re schedule…..but wait, not only did she threaten me of having the tech leave within those 10 min s but she hung up on me when I was talking to her.
Tech was professional, polite, and informative.
I was given a total due because I didn’t have membership, I had to pull my bank statement to prove I did indeed have a membership. I have used ARS for 3 years and had never had a problem, maybe management must have changed, or maybe new ownership, but I cannot in good faith recommend ARS to my clients due only to customer service.

Noah cleaned and serviced my AC Unit he was very knowledgeable and professional. During my cleaning we identified an issue with cooling. He was able to order the part and return the next business day. He installed the part and did a great job.Noah was the most detail oriented my system is running great! Thank you Noah for doing a fantastic job! I highly recommend ARS!
