WOW! This company was very responsive.
ARS is Lowes contract installer for water heaters. I am at Lowes seeking assistance on purchasing a replacement water heater. Lowes contacted ARS. ARS called me as I was standing with the Lowes associate. ARS offered to come to my house to provide an estimate that same day. This was a Sunday and not an emergency. I made arrangements for them to come to my house on a day and at a time convenient for me. No problem for them.
The estimator arrived as scheduled. Reviewed the problem, provided the estimate AND arranged same day install of water heater. (Incidentally, the estimator could make financing arrangements, if needed.)
Installer arrived midday. Water heater was installed professionally and neatly. No muss, no fuss!
Through out this process all my questions and concerns were answered. Everyone was courteous, polite and professional.

Good day, Mr. Smalls was the technician who serviced my HVAC system. He provided excellent service, he also informed me of the issues and other maintenance that my unit is in need of. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about his job. I was very pleased with his service thank you all very much for sending him out. ARS Rescue Rooter is #1 in my book.

This was my 4th appointment scheduled with ARS to service my HVAC unit. The other 3 were rescheduled by the company. I postponed each day from 8am -12 noon waiting before receiving a notification of cancellation/rescheduling. This shows a lack of consideration to an established customers.
Even though, the scheduling department is lacking, their service technician arrived early on the 4th scheduled appointment day. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable of my HVAC system.
I pay for HVAC maintenance services.

The technician arrived on time, conducted his check, concluded that three were no carbon monoxide leaks, answered our questions, and said things were working fine.
