It was Xmas time, company on the way. Oh no ! No heat ! who to call ? What to do ? I called ARS and Randy Burt was at my home the next day. Randy was great at explaining what the issue was and how to fix it. He taught me about SEER ratings, Dominion Energy rebates and AHRI ratings. Randy answered all questions, offered to come on the weekend to explain to hubby, and provided support after the install. Randy should be a manager. What great service !!!! Thanks Randy, You are appreciated !!!!!!

Fast, knowledgeable, accommodating. Immediate, neat, thorough, correct installation of a new water heater when the old one failed. Included scheduling, site visit, estimate, contract completion, QC, local code verification, pulling permit; drain, disconnect and haul away of old heater; unload and full install of water heater, connections, drip pan, line insulation and insulation jacket; cleanup and system check --- all within 24 hours of my first inquiry to Lowe's.

Very pleased with the service visit today. Bryson was timely, competent, professional, and personable. Checked the unit internally and externally, and the thermostat thoroughly. No time wasted and l’m confident that the system is functioning correctly.

I appreciate the honesty that was demonstrated during the heater installation by your team. To ensure the unit was fully functional and that there were no issues with the new heater and the arranging for the part to be replaced as quickly as possible. Great integrity demonstrated by the installation team. the technician that arrived today could use some coaching making an attempt to get my attention to sign the document on the new part and letting me know he was complete. I was working right next to where the entrance to the attic was an I am sure he could here me talking but made no attempt to get my attention.He just left.

Rochne was friendly as well as polite.He explained that he was to do a preventive maintenance on my system. After he completed the work, he explained what he had done. Bryson was very thorough. He also explained the possible maintenence that may need to be done in the future. He answered all my questions. He definitely provide a positive image for ARS. Give him an 'atta boy' and 'job well done'.
