Novie and Donnie with ARS came to my house to install a new AC unit and new duct work. These guys were excellent, detailed, precise and on top of every aspect of my installation. I could not have asked for a better crew! I definitely would recommend these guys from ARS to any family that needs work done to your home

Call and received service the same day! From the initial contact over the phone to the service technician Chrishawn, everyone was curiosity and explained everything about what was wrong and what I needed. My air unit was back up and running in minutes!!! Thanks ARS Rescue Rooter!!!

I had a great experience with is company and Joel who was our technician. First of all, they came out on us Tuesday evening at 8 o’clock at night. They kept us informed about how long it would be before he got there. We may eventually have to get a new unit because we have a leak. Joel fixed us up with Freon And gave us many helpful hints on what we could do and other things to help us. I would definitely recommend this company and we’ll use them again when needed

This is going to tell you how one person can make a difference in turning an upset customer into a positive visit. I had an appointment for an AC check up that was scheduled for 17 Aug and they never showed. I had an appointment second visit to 24 Aug and they showed up with 3 minutes left in the window. They basically ruined two days for me, but Franklin did a complete check of my AC system and took the time to tell me what he found. I say this because in the past the only thing the person said to me is, will that be check or card. I condensed the story, but Franklin made the visit very pleasant. Thanks Franklin!!!

ARS was able to accommodate my schedule for the AC checkups. Serviceman was on time and very polite.He even offered a new air filter system - not pushy, just showed me a video.

Good service and showed up early. Forgot to plug the breaker back in when he left so our house warmed up nicely during the afternoon. Only knew that was a thing because I watched a YouTube video on how to clean the coils myself after the cost of that service was quoted at $500+.
Plugged in the breaker and instantly felt cold air.
