Joseph Slice and the entire team have been wonderful. I had postponed getting a new heat pump for 3 years. I purchased 4 AC window units and 3 electric heaters. With predicted record lows this winter I called. Joseph explained the advantages of your 10 year warranty. The installation was completed in one day. My electric bill is reduced and much more comfortable. Im a very happy customer.

Heating system not working. Tecnician was very detail about the system repair/replacement. Great work. Thank you for replacing the wire to the unit in the attic and not charging.
