Got a text before arrival and the technician was right on time. He was kind and efficient. He advised that I needed a new capacitor and installed in just a few minutes. Very grateful that I scheduled this check up for my system.

It was Xmas time, company on the way. Oh no ! No heat ! who to call ? What to do ? I called ARS and Randy Burt was at my home the next day. Randy was great at explaining what the issue was and how to fix it. He taught me about SEER ratings, Dominion Energy rebates and AHRI ratings. Randy answered all questions, offered to come on the weekend to explain to hubby, and provided support after the install. Randy should be a manager. What great service !!!! Thanks Randy, You are appreciated !!!!!!

I had a brand new installed HVAC in November 2023. My unit is only 3 yrs old. I’m NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY ANY PARTS. I’ve been trying to get the supervisor to return my phone calls, but no avail . His name is Mike. Several HVAC companies have told my wiring is totally wrong!!! I don’t want to do any more work for me, however do you a call back from supervisor or manager. I’m going WLTX news and report them, News on your side! They are a HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Even people from my church have called on behalf. Now I pay out-of-pocket to everything rewired!
Today February 2,2026 Steve Phillips came to my house. He did an Excellent job! Now I have air conditioning and heat. I give Steve big kudos. Linda Baldridge asked come over. She’s a wonderful woman. She deserves to be recognized.

Fast, knowledgeable, accommodating. Immediate, neat, thorough, correct installation of a new water heater when the old one failed. Included scheduling, site visit, estimate, contract completion, QC, local code verification, pulling permit; drain, disconnect and haul away of old heater; unload and full install of water heater, connections, drip pan, line insulation and insulation jacket; cleanup and system check --- all within 24 hours of my first inquiry to Lowe's.

Great customer service and extremely helpful technicians. I enjoy the education and time the men take to help me understand why I need to get a part or the reassuring smile that everything is going well. As a female I have always felt safe and respected. I have always looked forward to their service arrival whether it is for maintenance or distressed service. This company always has qualified staff available with the majority of parts available within 12 hours if not on the truck. I have been with them for 10 years and am looking Forward to another 20 years. They are great people that work with you. I always enjoy a quick chat with the technicians. They manage their time well and educate you about your issue. I am a member of the Pro Plan, I. have not endured an emergency fee in years and I am prioritized as well. They stay on top of the air conditioning system maintenance. They send a picture of the technician as well as arrive in a ARS painted van. I so much appreciate this company and its technicians.
