I am thankful for ARS technician who came out today. Even although it was an expensive news, but at least I know what is going on. There are some individuals out there doing the same work but they are not honest nor reliable. I recommend ARS to anyone who is looking for reliable, reasonable and honest people to do business👍

Great customer service when i called them. The tech and installers were all great, friendly and very knowledgeable. They left everything just the way they found it. Installers cleaned up everything to where you wouldn't even know they were there.

I really like that I have a new unit installed, within a couple of days, and had Tyler explain everything too me in full detail, and my house is the coolest it's ever been, since about 3 years ago.

David my "sales" guy was so kind and had a wealth of knowledge. He did not push me to buy right then. He followed up later to see if I had questions and worked diligently to get me financing. Andrew and crew came out quickly to do the tear down and install. They arrived ontime and worked hard throughout the hot day to get everything done. Everyone was polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend ARS

The ARS tech, Isaiah Harris, was amazing, professional, and ensured everything was working properly. The best technician I have met, ever! I also give the highest marks to the the ARS company for responding quickly to a Saturday at 5 pm call and have someone at my house Sunday morning.

8/22/25 ars service call, Steve very nice, knowledgeable, he was out another time, both times he identified and handled what was needed. He is a preferred tech for me. Also Joey who sold me the hvac 2/2024 has continued to respond when I had questions or needed help to today still. He is very knowledgeable. Ars responded quickly today. I needed help quickly. Thank you.

2/5/24 Lari set up and adam came to home. Both very nice and helpful. A prior visit Leonard and Chris came out also professional and helpful. Joey was great did great job explaining ac system options and worked with me within my budget. Novie and Donny installed ac system and did a great job, professional, Novie very helpful. I’m ONLY giving ARS of Columbia, SC 5 stars for my technician; definitely NOT the business. Jamal is professional, he takes his time to explain what he’s doing for the customer to understand. He’s a high caliber worker and actually shows that he cares about taking care of the customer. He’s a far cry above the company he works for. Once he completed the repair, he gave me a thorough explanation of what he did to mitigate the issues I was having with my unit. Jamal was absolutely amazing!!! ARS….. not so much!!!
