Rough McLovin arrived on schedule and proceeded to setup and clean the drain. He was very friendly and focused on the job.
He did an excellent job and cleaned up the waste on the floor ! We were impressed by the quick service and excellent finished job. Rough is an great example of what I remember as CUSTOMER SERVICE at it's best !

Rough told me I had to give a good review or he was gonna hunt me down. Just kidding Rough is a great guy work and outside of work he was very good and he let me know what was going on with our issue and I wasn’t home he had to deal with my 14 year old son but I honestly would recommend Rough anytime of the day or night, very great guy.

Called the team in a pinch to.fix an electric outlet prior to home inspection. Not only did Tim fix the outlet he checked my box and all the other outlets in the home.
He even coordinated for another division in plumbing to come out for a minor repair.
Rescue Rooter will be my first choice for plumbing, drain and electrical needs.

After some initial confusion with the manufacturer and the store of purchase, ARS worked on our behalf to clear up the situation. Our hot water heater was swapped out, without any issues. The technicians were friendly, professional, and fast. I liked their work. Much appreciated!

Danny was amazing. He’s a wonderful employee. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He got our pipes up and running again with no headache unlike other companies. He seems to really care about his job and about his customers. We will definitely be referring him and using the company if needed in the future. We couldn’t be more happy with the services.

Incredible work! When Chris showed up for the estimate, he was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about all of my silly questions. He then dragged Alex into the estimate to get some input. We ended up calling them back and Alex came to the rescue. He fixed us up real nice, was incredibly cordial and transparent about the work. These things can be expensive, regardless of who you pick. So you might as well spend the money on someone like Alex and the Rescue Rooter team.

Omg, so thankful for Mr. Daniel Neal from Rescue Rooter! This gentleman definitely knows what he's doing! He came and assessed the problem and was very professional and knowledgeable! We had another company come out the same day before Mr. Daniel Neal from Rescue Rooter and we did not feel confident that they would solve the problem after telling us several estimates. Rescue Rooter gave us a fair price and we won't have anyone else come back here for any plumbing/ drain issues besides Mr Daniel! Thank you so much!
