Incredible work! When Chris showed up for the estimate, he was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about all of my silly questions. He then dragged Alex into the estimate to get some input. We ended up calling them back and Alex came to the rescue. He fixed us up real nice, was incredibly cordial and transparent about the work. These things can be expensive, regardless of who you pick. So you might as well spend the money on someone like Alex and the Rescue Rooter team.

Omg, so thankful for Mr. Daniel Neal from Rescue Rooter! This gentleman definitely knows what he's doing! He came and assessed the problem and was very professional and knowledgeable! We had another company come out the same day before Mr. Daniel Neal from Rescue Rooter and we did not feel confident that they would solve the problem after telling us several estimates. Rescue Rooter gave us a fair price and we won't have anyone else come back here for any plumbing/ drain issues besides Mr Daniel! Thank you so much!

Would highly recommend Rescue Rooter! Daniel Neal was an awesome drain specialist! He was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, hard working, and overall a pleasure to work with. Scheduled an appointment on a Thursday evening to clear out a clogged main drain, he showed up on time and attempted to clear the floor drain even though our house did not have a clear out port. Installed one later that evening and he came back first thing the next day to finish the job. He worked hard and quickly to clear out large clumps of roots and less than two hours later our drain fixed! Will definitely call Rescue Rooter in the future.

I was amazed how fast they came -- Yunior was there within 2 hrs., diagnosed the issue and fixed my problem within minutes. I especially like that he was more than willing to answer all my questions and provided friendly and professional guidance while I learned about adding and routing electrical wiring and outlet installation. Without question I will give Yunior & Rescue Rooter a call for all my electrical needs.

I called customer service and they sent a repair man out the same day! My problem was solved in less than an hour after arrival! And the cost was very reasonable! Great job Brian Shupe!

I would like to say thank you to all of the team! Danny Butler and Rough and Tyler. They all were very compassionate, professional and really took care of us. I would say they really went way out of thier way to take care of us and our plumbing issues. May God feel them and this company with many Blessings. We were in way over our heads me and my husband but they told not to worry that they would take of everything and have it fixed. They will never know how much this means to us. Thank you Rescue Rooter.

My whole experience with Rescue Rooter was great. It started with Daniel trying to clear the drain. He didn’t give up and worked hard to make sure he got it clear. Chris came out the next day to camera the drains. Unfortunately we needed to replace the main drain line from the house to the sewer. From the moment I answered the door, Chris was excellent. I was dealing with an HVAC situation at the time and he empathized, listened to my issues even before getting started on the plumbing inspection that he was doing. I usually shop around for such a large expense but I could tell Chris was confident and I was comfortable. Chris kept me informed on how things would go on the day of the job and took the time to be on site to make sure all was good Jeremy and Jamie (Kane) came out to do the pipe replacement. Those guys were great! They explained everything they were there to do and were very friendly and did a great job. The last was the jetting of the lines. Rough was also a friendly and professional guy who got the job done. Chris and his team took a very crappy situaton (literally and figuratively) and got the job done in a friendly and fast manner. I would highly recommend these guys!

My experience with Rescue Rooter was fantastic. Daniel was the service tech that helped me and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!!!! He fixed the issue and was a pleasure to have in my home! I would recommend Rescue Rooter to anyone having plumbing issues.

I contacted Rescue Rooter when one of my smoke alarms started beeping at 3am. They sent Electrical Technician, Paul to take a look and determine what service was needed. Boy did I hit the jackpot!!! He was very thorough and professional. We ran into a little hiccup that he was determined to resolve before he went to his next call. He did a really good job….highly recommend!!
