The crew was professional and polite. They moved everything out of the way and put it back when they were done.
The crew wore shoe covers and they even put covers on the wheels of their cart.
When they were finished they reviewed their work with me and asked if I had any questions.
They were very good.

I'd give 5 starts on quickness, professionalism and fixing my problem. My tech name was Paul and he was great. Gave me some good suggestions about handling issues going forward. Only dropped to 4 due to pricing. I thought is was a little high but I don't have anything to compare to so maybe that is my issue. Would definitely use them again though.

I reached out to Rescue Rooter for an electrical repair of a light switch. Paul arrived on time and listened carefully to what I had been experiencing. He explained my options for the repair and gave me pricing for each. Paul allowed me to make the decision and did not pressure me either way. I particularly liked that Paul was courteous, easy to talk to, and focused on completing the job in a timely manner. He also took time to answer my questions regarding fire alarms in my home. I will definitely reach out to Rescue Rooter for any electrical repairs in the future.

Rescue Rooter is absolutely fabulous! Chase was sent out this morning to clear a main drain, he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the situation. He was able to clear the drain that I didn't think was going to happen. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter for any kind of a plumbing problem you have. After my experience with him, I suggest you request Chase!

Came when they said they would. They took their time to diagnose the issue, snaked the drain so I can use it while we are waiting for the other guy to bring a drain camera to see the exact location of the problem. Professional and affordable.

The Rescue Rooter Lead / Estimator was professional, considerate, prompt, and provided a good estimate. They were willing to give me an expired discount / coupon. He was good about returning calls and providing answers. Because of the good experience with him and customer service (and the pricing and quality of the product), I decided to go with Rescue Rooter.
The Plumbers were very professional and kind. They provided good communication throughout the process.
They kept the work area tidy and cleaned up once the work was done.
I'm extremely happy with the entire experience and the end results.

Expensive repair. Leak was noticeable Friday evening and I called Saturday morning and Rescue Rooter was here by 2pm. The work was well done, the plumber was efficient. I am left to do my own drywall repair, as agreed. Still, $890 is costly for 90 mins of work.

Sewer line was backed up. I called and they were able to send someone out within a hour. Daniel was polite and professional. He did a great job! He also arranged for someone to come check the pipes with a camera. They were also here within a hour and explained everything.

Had a drain issue causing my sinks to backup water and called after 5pm. Chaise was out here by 7pm and done in an hour with the problem resolved. Chaise was everything you hope to get in a visiting tech and puts Rescue Rooter at the top of my "call these guys" list. Exceptional pricing, too.
