I needed emergency electrical work on a weekend and called over 10 companies. This was one of the few companies to have a live person to talk with. They were also the fastest available and Tim Bartram did great work.

We had some electrical outer outlet problems, which stumped others to diagnose. Stanley and Tim were very thorough, traced the problem and replaced 2 outer outlets and were very professional and courteous. We will definitely recommend and call on again. Thanks again, very pleased and relieved!

Rescue Rooter has a 24/7 phone line and made arrangements for a sump pump and drain line break at 2:00am this morning. They arranged for a Technician to make the reparations, giving three different options to choose from for the work to be performed. Work was completed within a couple hours and we have peace of mind now to prevent any water from flooding our basement. Would recommend them for any plumbing work to be done.

Daniel Neal was my Drain specialist and took care of the problem very quickly and even cleaned up the sludge that was left behind 10 out of 10 well call them again

The service provided by rescue router was excellent, The company was happy to honor the warranty on previous service and came out quickly. Both John, the field manager and Daniel, my technician were very professional. I would definitely recommend their plumbing services.

My main line was plugged and causing slow drain problems. I called Rescue Rooter they had a special service promotion coupon at the time I called. A very knowledgeable and experienced tech came to my house he asked what the problem was and inquired about previous problems with the main line over the years. Which has been tree roots. He had a plan on how he was going trouble shoot my problem. With in an hour he had cleared the main line restriction and things were flowing back to normal. Thank you service tech, Daniel Neal

My main drain backed up and flooded my basement. I kept getting the run around from other plumbing companies telling me they would be there then calling back and said it would be three days brute they could come out. I kept looking for plumbers and ran across rescue rooter. The girl that answered the phone was awesome. She listened to my story and assured me she would get someone out to the house today. He was late, but that's okay he showed up. That's more than the other plumbers did. All employees I cake into contact with were awesome and seemed like they really care.

Do to Reynoldsburg digging, we had to make the call. Called rescue rooter, Levi showed up did his thing but do to the city of Reynoldsburg messing up he couldn't do what he needed to do to help. He is awesome he is extremely informative so with that being said I highly recommend him and the company. Thank you Levi!!

Our tech was amazing, had the problem figured out quickly, came up with a solution, and got it all back together and sealed and tested with no more leaking!

Had 28 years where grease built up in pipes that was causing water not to drain and backed up on both sides of the sink. It was difficult to clear but plumber Daniel Neal was determined to fix the problem and continue to work at it until it was clear. I appreciate his determination, friendliness and professionalism and for fixing my sink.

The relationship with Rescue Rooter didn't start off well because they use a call service during off hours. The person that answered my call sent the wrong type of tech even though I thoroughly described my issue. The tech arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable but couldn't do the job. So, he took some photos and sent said a Drain Tech would be in touch. I wasn't 100% certain that the job was transferred over so I called in the next morning to make sure I had an appointment. They created a new appointment and gave me a timeframe. Chase, the Drain Tech, came quickly and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he thought the problem was. After clearing the main drain, he was very thorough in making sure that everything was draining. He also scheduled a camera tech to come in the next day to scope the system and see why we were having a reoccurring issue.
Nice work, Chase! You made the Rescue Rooter relationship much better. You've got a great future ahead of you.

They came out same day and had my issues fixed within an hour. Pice is very reasonable, and technician was polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend and use again.
