Devin did a great job removing the toilet and reinstalling it when the floor layers were finished. Made sure it had new parts if needed. Also very timely on both visits.

Chase from Rescue Rooter came out yesterday after my wife mentioned there was a backup in our basement—definitely not ideal timing, as we were about to host friends from out of town. Chase arrived promptly and was incredibly thorough in both his inspection and the work itself. He was communicative and transparent throughout the process, stayed positive, and got the job done just in the nick of time. Bravo, Chase!

I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and speediness Monty and Tyler showed when they installed my water heater . They answer ALL my questions and I had a lot , never once did they get irritated and explained everything in a way to where I could understand .
