Taylor just left my house after giving my air conditioner a yearly tuneup. He was very personable and knowledgeable and let me know just what I needed and didn’t need. He also did my winter furnace tuneup and was just as helpful. I hope he continues to work with you and comes here twice a year! I was very surprised that after calling today he was able to get me in the same day! Thank you Comfort H & A! I will be calling again!!

I had a fantastic experience with Comfort Heating & Air. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Logen was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, attractive, and efficient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to quality work and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Comfort and will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs!

Exceptional service! On time, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, kind, hardworking & efficient. My AC stopped working on Fri evening, I called 3 companies on Saturday morning, none replied back. I googled & found Comfort Heating & Air & was impressed by the good reviews so I called them Sat afternoon, they scheduled an appointment for Sunday 10-2, I received texts & email reminders, then the tech (Matthew Fullard) called me 20 minutes before arrival. He came on time, was super nice & helpful, never complained about working on a scorching Sunday nor having to crawl in my spider infested crawl space, but on the contrary, he said he will clean the cobwebs for the other tech. He confirmed my suspicion that the unit is dead (I’ve fixed it 3 times already & had it for 13 years) & called the other tech to come take a look & talk to me about options/finance. He assured me that the $109 checkup fee will be credited to my next bill to replace the unit. He was clean & very polite. An hour & a half later (once again, I received texts & emails about the other tech coming between 2-4), Ryan Woodall called me to tell me he’s on his way, he once again checked the crawlspace, verified my circuit breaker, thermostat, filter, size of the house, & sat down and was very nice & patient & went over all my options. It was 92F inside the house & he was talking like he wanted to be here, never once complaining about the heat or working on Sunday at 4pm! He treated me like family & cared about all the minute details. Ryan even offered to loan me a window unit for that night. He scheduled a tech to replace my unit the next day & when I expressed my concern about having to take time off work so he made a plan & they got the new unit installed by 3pm on Monday. Riley Hutchinson, the tech who installed it left the house spotless, & called me when he was done & gave me full instructions. Words cannot express how grateful I am for these 3 individuals, for this company, & how impressed I am with the caliber of their work. Their work matches their slogan & they truly are superheroes as their logo shows. I cannot thank them enough and I am forever in debt. Matthew, Ryan & Riley: you are lifesavers! If you ever need anything, please don’t hesitate to let me know! My house is cold & your service is priceless!!

I had an amazing experience with Comfort Heating and Air! Logen Bingaman came out to my house when my AC unit wasn’t working and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would recommend him 100x over and will absolutely be using him again in the future. Great service all around!

Aside from a lil language barrier with the tech, we got excellent service, professional, cleaned up everything perfectly, we had an install of ac to our existing gas furnace, and a wall unit upstairs.. writing this from a very nicely cooled house that wasnt before. Thank you!!

Taylor was very professional and punctual. He had our unit diagnosed and fixed before the days heat had a chance to really set in which is nice with heat we are facing. I don't know that I'll call anyone else again without calling Comfort first.

Comfort Heating and Air did a fantastic job removing two HVAC systems from our house and installed two new high efficiency units. It all started with Alex describing the equipment and explaining everything professionally and used easy to understand language. Alex is a true professional in his field. Four very polite gentleman showed up on time and ready to work. Riley ran one crew on the inside and Brady commanded the outside crew. Both were excellent and professional. Their helpers, Jay and Hayden were polite at all times and very well trained. Overall excellent experience and we are very happy choosing this company. If there were ten stars available, they would have received a ten! If you have any heating or air conditioning needs, call the Comfortman, at Comfort heating and air.

We were able to get someone here the day the a/c stopped working. Taylor was so good. Very knowledgeable. Explained the broken part and everything he was doing. He is a respectful, thorough, kind guy. Would highly recommend. We will ask for him next time.

Professional, prompt, polite and efficient excellent service. From the technician who originally came out for service and the salesman who arranged for a new unit they were both professional polite and helpful. Now for the two young men who came and performed the installation , they were right on time got right to work and never stopped until job was completed, they were polite respectful of our home and belonging. You just don’t run into young men like this anymore hard working, polite respectful clean cut never touching their phones all day, didn’t spend time talking to each other. I am so grateful for the service we received and type of employees this company sends to our home.
