This Team was Wonderful! Tim was SO great with working with us. We had been out of heat for almost a week. He worked with us and was very nice! When the team came out they did a GREAT job! Got an appointment for a furnace tune up same day I called. Bryan did a great job. He was efficient, professional, and courteous. He also gave me a few tips about climate control and keeping our HVAC in good condition. Very pleased with the service we received.

Arrived home to notice a noise from my furnace on a Friday Evening. Called Comfort and they sent somebody right out, Nathan was able to diagnose it just from the sound. He then confirmed the issue with his meter and he was spot on. Unfortunately, since it’s a Friday night, part can’t be ordered until Monday, but he promised it would be ordered and I should expect to see it installed probably Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday. Highly professional, and I appreciate the rapid response!

Comfort Heating and Air, especially Adam, have gone above and beyond!!
Carrier Products on the other hand need to be avoided like the plague! We have a lemon and we have all the records to back it up. The unit/units need to be replaced and we have had to almost rebuild the entire system. Yes, they are still under warranty, however, that does not include the labor. The bills keep coming.
I would use Comfort Heating And Air again, especially Adam, I just would not install a carrier system.

From Matt Cool to the scheduler to the 3 man installation team they provided excellent, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable services. Comfort Heating and Air shows their appreciation for our Veterans as well. We could not have asked for a better team to ensure top notch work. They went above and beyond our expectations every step of the way.
