I’ve had a great experience with Comfort Heating and Air! I called them on a Sunday afternoon because my furnace wasn’t distributing heat. John came out, very polite, he scoped my unit and come to find out I needed a new one. He had another coworker come out and do a consult late Sunday evening. You can’t ask for better service. Ryan spent two hours explaining the pros and cons of the new units they feature. He explained every detail of their process for install and even managed to schedule a crew to come out first thing in the morning to replace our HVAC system. Very happy with this company and their team! Thank you for being available when we needed you the most.

Annual free maintenance inspection visit. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Came by a bit ahead of schedule; finished in less than 15 minutes. Great experience.

I was very happy with the service. I will say I was not happy with what all was wrong with my hvac and to find out my ac is in the same condition was upsetting but it was not the hvac guys fault it is the retailer fault for telling me it was a new system but he got it to work for the time being and is going to send out his team to get me financing set up to have my unit replaced he told me everything that was wrong but also did not try to have me pay for things that did not need to be done I will be useing them from now on and I called at 5 this morning got a real person and got a Tech st my house around 8:30

Thermostat called for heat but no flame and no fan operation. Lock out protection had been triggered as unit was getting too hot. After discussion, service man suspected natural gas pressure was too high causing overheating when flame was on first thing in the morning. Checked gas valve and confirmed pressure was over limit. Adjusted valve until pressure was in range.
Should be fine now. Good troubleshooting work by the serviceman. Service call was $109 which is reasonable.

This Team was Wonderful! Tim was SO great with working with us. We had been out of heat for almost a week. He worked with us and was very nice! When the team came out they did a GREAT job! Got an appointment for a furnace tune up same day I called. Bryan did a great job. He was efficient, professional, and courteous. He also gave me a few tips about climate control and keeping our HVAC in good condition. Very pleased with the service we received.

While they have been prompt most of our calls we’ve had 6 different service techs out, multiple different explanations but in my mind the bottom line is when they installed our indoor unit they did not complete the hook up so the emergency heat unit is not functioning causing the outside unit to overwork and freeze up. The inside and outside units were installed about 6 months ago at one point there were parts ordered and brought out here but the tech who had the part swore we only had a 25 amp breaker. We had an electrician out here and he said it’s a 125 amp breaker. The tech from comfort today confirmed that, but the part that was ordered for the repair was not passed to him so still no resolution. To boot they want to charge me for a diagnostic call for that last visit that the tech was WRONG. I would recommend checking reviews before purchasing and making sure all units are functioning properly before the installers leave!

Update: Brady T came today 2/12/26 to check on furnace - I have the monthly charge contract, and they come twice a year for a seasonal check. Brady was exceptionally nice, professional, and efficient. Very pleased with their services...

The quote I was given for cleaning the coils and bottom unit was extremely high in price , I scheduled a maintenance appointment to check the unit not to be given such a high price for just a cleaning of dust

Had an unfortunate mishap that cracked the ceiling but he immediately contacted his supervisor and started arranging for rectification
