I have NEVER been unhappy with this company!! I use them at home and for my mother’s home! They are always helpful, friendly, understanding…I could on with every good vibe you can think of but you get the idea! The response time is always amazing! It has always been same or next day!

Ryan came out and did the quote. He was very professional answered any concerns I had. Q and Dee came out and did the install super quick and extremely polite. I couldn’t even tell they was on the property. Dee walked me through setting up the WiFi thermostat 10/10 experience.

Technician, Ryan, was able to come the next afternoon on a Saturday to make temporary repairs. He was very helpful explaining the situation. Further repairs will require major equipment replacement and an appointment has been scheduled for Monday. I have an annual service plan so the work today was heavily discounted.

Logan Bingaman was awesome!!! He took the time to really check out our units. He did some adjustments to our basement and main floor unit and we knew we needed a new unit upstairs ! This was just a maintenance check we have twice a year. I would highly recommend Comfort Heating and Air and ask for Logen !

Great company! Service tech Blake was friendly knowledgable and great service! Ryan sales rep came to the house with a list of options for us and answered all of my questions and very friendly and knew the ins and outs with 30 years of experience in the HVAC business. Highly recommend them if you have any HVAC issues or needs this is the place you need to go as I will always use them for all of my services!

Come out on a Sunday morning to fix my air conditioner. Had 2 bad compressor. Glad was not more expensive. Tech was done in an hour. Highly recommended Comfort Heating and Air.

Our technician Adam was super nice and helpful. We were not sure how to maintain the unit and he educated us and everything went really well. Comfort Air installed our unit a few years ago. And its been running great ever since. Hard to keep up in 96 degrees. Thank you to everyone at Comfort Heating and Air fo r keeping us cool.

Excellent overall experience. Our initial tech Ryan was very polite and helpful even on a 9:30pm call! Ryan our systems sales guy worked to get us a fair price. He wasn’t pushy at all. He also went above and beyond to find a gap in the schedule to get our system installed quickly. Finally, Chris and Steve our install techs were super polite, quiet workers and had a great attitude. They kept us updated during the install and did a thorough walk through of our new system. Great job overall and happy we chose Comfort!

They were originally scheduled for a Sunday call, but were able to get out here a day earlier on Saturday. Technician Ryan was professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. They are my first choice for service. Recommend+++

Very satisfied with Mike Buckley and his crew at Comfort Heating and Air. They replaced my 20 yr old Geothermal unit and also replaced my same age water heater and hooked it into the new Geothermal unit.
All went smoothly and I highly recommend Comfort Heating and Air and installers Sergey and Mark and Kim in the office.

Jonathan Hudnall came to do a spring check up, very satisfied with his work, arrived on time did an excellent job and my dogs loved him!

Another routine service call today. Technician arrive promptly and my unit is serviced and ready for the upcoming hot weather.

Been having high indoor humidity issue so had a service call to see if there was an issue as this had not been a problem in previous summers. Jonathan Gillette did a wonderful job getting the rh setting changed and hopefully I will see a big improvement in a day or so.

7/9/25 some communication issues with main office as far as scheduling but technician Adam was very responsive and professional and communicated well. Highly recommend Adam if you have a geothermal unit.
