I was very impressed with the initial contact person because I called other places and requested minimum or maximum others did not want to share. I was given all information and price that did not changed I got e everything done in 2 days old water heater was a mess but we feel better to get a new water heater that functions well and we are so happy

What can I say?!? My furnace resigned on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon a new HVAC unit was installed. Andrew and John and his team were easy to work with, especially since I’m in retail myself. I would say the fear of buying a new hvac unit asap due to weather was less frightening with them.

Eric 😇😇😇😇 was amazing and professional and was able to troubleshoot the problem with our pipe that was busted from the freezing cold weather. They were able to prioritize our project because of the emergency nature. I am very appreciative of their prompt response and excellent service.

Mauro, Juan, Alejandro and Spencer were absolutely amazing, outstanding, experts. We are grateful for the fact that they arrived at our home on schedule. They worked hard all day and were complete professionals. They explained what they were doing, and they cleaned up after completing the job. Great experience with Lowe's purchase and Allgood Home Services as installer of a gas water heater. Chris explained everything to us and got to work. He was efficient, and friendly too. Price through Lowe's and Allgood was reasonable all in. Hope the A. O. Smith heater lasts for a while.

Freddi is an amazing technician. He arrived promptly and wore shoe covers. Freddi quickly determined my issue & fixed it. He answered all my questions (and I had a bunch) pertaining to my system and he did not rush the appointment. He even recommended best practices to extend the life of my 5 ton & 3 ton units. (My third unit was ok) He even explained what is “normal” for my systems to help identify potential problems before they get worse. He was kind enough to double check the system that I had problems with just one week earlier. Thank you, Freddi for a great appointment and heat during the coldest time of the year so far!
