Had a emergency Tonight and called Allgood , my drain line for my Ac unit was clogged and flooding in my house.
Senior tech Chris Baxter was out in a hour and was able to open my line. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Huge thank you for saving my weekend.

Technician Brandon came out and performed an inspection on our AC unit. He did a great job. We then discussed installing a scrubber unit on our AC system. He went out of his way to get everything together to get the job done the same day. Brandon is the man! Did a great job! Make sure you ask for Brandon, he’ll do a great job for you!

I have experienced an amazing experience with the tech “Xavier Fanning.” He informed me tremendously on my unit and did better than any tech that ever came throughout my experience with the company. He even gave me a free rinse to bring my pressures down on my unit. Really appreciate it Xavier!

Courtesy and professional is hindsight. Our air conditioner seemed like it was running ALL the time. Power bill was extremely high, so my husband cleaned out All the vents and now power bill is low and the AC unit doesn't run constantly. Thank Goodness.

Xavier Fanning was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything to me so that I understood. He wasn’t able to complete the job on the first visit due to a part that he needed from the warehouse. He came back for the second visit and completed the job within 30 minutes. It already stressful enough having to deal with problems with a cooling system but when you have repair techs that are kind and efficient it makes it a little more easier to deal with. He told me he just graduated and I must say that Allgood got a good repair tech. Hopefully I don’t have anymore issues but if I should I’ll definitely be requesting Xavier Fanning to complete the repair!
