They couldn't fix my sewer drain today because it is a tree root going threw my pipes. But they explained in detail of the bigger job that needs to be done on my front lawn near my driveway. I was pleased with the service I received and they didn't even charge me because they wasn't able to clear my drain today even though it wasn't their fault. I will be using them again to complete the bigger job.

They overbooked and apparently had too many call out on my day but Thaddeus gave me great sewer blockage service and I can’t complain but be sure you ask exactly what is covered and NOT covered with their coupons…. Iykyk

Caleb was fantastic. Other plumbers I’ve tried in the past had been hard to schedule with or tried to upsell me on different things. Allgood made scheduling super easy, and Caleb found a solution to my plumbing issue that saved me a lot of money. He was also very kind and gave me helpful advice. Will definitely be using this company again.

The response time with the company was almost immediately when the request was made they showed up on time. We’re very professional explained everything in great detail when they came out the next day to complete the work they showed up on time. We’re very efficient answered all questions explained everything and great detail. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained the bill they explained everything about the new water heater and how it works I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that they gave.

Had a emergency Tonight and called Allgood , my drain line for my Ac unit was clogged and flooding in my house.

Xavier Fanning was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything to me so that I understood. He wasn’t able to complete the job on the first visit due to a part that he needed from the warehouse. He came back for the second visit and completed the job within 30 minutes. It already stressful enough having to deal with problems with a cooling system but when you have repair techs that are kind and efficient it makes it a little more easier to deal with. He told me he just graduated and I must say that Allgood got a good repair tech. Hopefully I don’t have anymore issues but if I should I’ll definitely be requesting Xavier Fanning to complete the repair!
