Meshach from Allgood Home Services showed up in a timely manner. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable about replacing my water heater. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself. I appreciate that I was able to schedule services on such a short notice. I will refer friends and family to Allgood Home Services.

Technician Daniel Park is very knowledgeable and efficient. He checked both units carefully and pointed out what we needed to fix and suggested what to do to protect our AC Uni. He made us get ready for hot summer without worries and guess.

The HVAC men came to my house promptly in the morning and worked diligently and professionally and installed my system. Willy and Cue were just awesome and AllGood is a lucky company to have them. Orlando Lewis did an outstanding job on his service call from beginning to end. He arrived on time, explained everything that he was going to do and went to work. He was courteous, kind, and respectful which is a credit to his customer service attitude. He went through the process of inspecting each system, installing new filters which I provided, and tested each system thoroughly. He answered my questions with a technical competence confidence and he made very sound recommendations on potential and future issues that might pop up. He took time to inspect all aspects of the systems without taking any shortcuts or leaving out steps. I could tell he took pride in his work and support of customers, a quality that is lacking in the trade industry today. He took the time to explain things in detail and used language that I could understand. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his attitude and I wanted to make sure he was recognized for providing support that is a credit to ARS. He is a model employee and I hope he is recognized as such by his organization and his company. Job well done Orlando!!!!

Whole team experience was great. Unfortunately our initial unit was old but they gave a fair estimate to repair from Andrew. Then Henry gave us an estimate on a new unit. Juan did a great install.
