Our AC was about 20yrs old and decided to no longer be a a part of the family. We called Lowes and they send out Andrew Fernandez from ARS. As this was our 4th replacement, we had a good idea of what to expect. Andrew came out within a day, evaluated our unit and gave us options. He gave us a fair price and permitted us to negotiate on some things so that we felt completely satisfied.
I highly recommend the ARS team, especially Andrew because everyone making such a costly investment deserves to be at peace with their decision.

Andre was the technician who came out. He thoroughly explained everything to me and I have been in my home over 30 years and he showed me where my unit was rusted inside and was concerned about carbon monoxide seeping in. Very nice guy. He scheduled to have someone come out and talk to me about another unit. His boss was nice as well and I talked to Brittany over the phone, real nice young lady as well

Took a minute, our technician showed up the next after being told they would arrive the day before. Anyway when Xavier showed up he promptly got to work. He inspected my furnace and I finally got an answer to what was making my furnace work intermittently. He fixed that within 10 minutes. He also suggested to me some of things that I needed to get fixed in the future to keep my furnace to keep running smoothly. He asked if he could check out the HVAC and he made a report of things to have done with that. Xavier very professional, and friendly he had before after pics of the work he done. Wasn’t pushy with suggested items. I will be sure to ask for him personally for future repairs

Replacement of furnace. The installation crew was great. Demarlos and Mauro were prompt, and efficient. They removed the old unit and installed the new without a hitch. We are very pleased with the product and price. We highly recommend ALLGOOD .

Freddy, the technician, is fantastic! He is knowledgeable, efficient, detailed, and friendly. He has saved us twice now from the heat and the cold. We do have issues with communication from dispatch. Last time it took 3 different app to get a technician out and this time 2 appointments. I was thankful hearing from customer service today with their updates.

Today's HVC Tech Jim Bolden showed up as scheduled and expeditiously troubleshot the A051 trouble code down to a bad refrigerant leak sensor number 1. He also explained in great detail the pros and cons of why it would be to my benefit to install an air scrubber unit, surge protector and Iflo pro battery kit, which I was then very please for the quick install. The tech arrived within the window Allgood provided, seemed to be knowledgeable about the gas water heaters and installation and cleaned the job site before leaving. The project was to remove two old gas water heaters and install two 40 gallon A. O. Smith gas water heaters. The price included the two water heaters which were purchased through Lowes. Allgood is an approved contractor for Lowe’s.

We needed to contact Allgood for plumbing services on a leak near our water heater. The scheduler was courteous, helpful and booked a same day appointment. We received a call in our appointment window advising the tech was on the way. On arrival, he quickly determined our issue(s), gave us options, provided a quote and completed our job in about 2 hours. We are very satisfied with Allgood. This is our second service experience with them and I would confidently contact them again in the future. Thank you!!
