Good experience having a water heater replaced yesterday however today the water is only lukewarm and I'm waiting for a technician to come and troubleshoot the problem today.

The two gentlemen that came to service my A/C did a professional job. I also purchased the A/C purifier system for my home that they installed . I did this for the reason that I deal with allergies and for the reason that I have two pets as well as multiple grand furbabies that love to visit. So it’s nice to know that I’m not breathing in the same recycled air, but clean fresh air. It’s like breathing fresh clean outside air! I have a yearly maintenance contract with the company . The purification system was an extra item . However it was on a special sale . Plus being a Senior , I received a discount. Couldn’t pass this up! I am always satisfied with the service I receive !

Burnt out basement sewage ejector pump. Technician and assistant were knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Had us back up and running in no time! Will always call for our home diagnostic and repair needs.

Roy is the smartest HAVC guy I have ever met in 30 years! When Roy leaves or retires I will find a different HVAC company to service my 5 units and I still have to purchase one more new unit.

We were having some issues and instead of charging us for something that may not actually fix the problem they were honest and gave us the correct corse of action. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I was told the tech would arrive by 8. But, he did not arrive until after 9:30. I think I was promised this time just to get on the schedule. Nonetheless, Jim was good and gave a thorough explanation of the work done and next steps.

Just wanted to share how pleased I was with the service provided by All good Services. The technician came after normal business hours and was able to get my AC up and running in a timely manner. Thanks All Good Services. I had them out yesterday for a preventive maintenance check on my heating system and they did an excellent job. While we’d had some scheduling conflicts in the past, the technician arrived on time for this visit and communication was great throughout. Everything looks good now.

Danny was a complete professional. Advised me of products that would enhance my heating system to enable the heating system to function in the best way. He did excellent work and the price was right, especially since I am on a fixed income! Kudos to Allgood Home Services for a "job well done" in engaging employees who are honest as well as professional!
