We recently used this company to install a new heating & air system. They provided excellent service from the initial visit with Sam, to the exceptional service Henry Shin provided during the consultation. We had a wonderful technician named Seth with Allgood Plumbing Services who did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater. We are very happy with our new system and Seth took our old tank with him. Seth was very experienced with this system and he kept us informed throughout the whole installation process. We recommend Allgood to all our friends and family.

I phoned to schedule a Heat tuneup. An appointment was scheduled. No one showed up. No communication as to why. After 3 days I called to reschedule. Second appointment was kept.

Jovan arrived and handled my stubborn clog with such grace and ease, it felt like watching someone perform their divine calling. Truly he moved with the confidence and precision of someone born to do this work. Not only did he fix the issue swiftly, but he also took the time to teach me how to properly use my plunger (who knew I’d been doing it wrong all these years?).

They couldn't fix my sewer drain today because it is a tree root going threw my pipes. But they explained in detail of the bigger job that needs to be done on my front lawn near my driveway. I was pleased with the service I received and they didn't even charge me because they wasn't able to clear my drain today even though it wasn't their fault. I will be using them again to complete the bigger job.
