I had a major root intrusion in my main line at a point under my driveway. You can imagine how upsetting and disruptive this issue was a few days before the holiday season. However, the plumber, Christopher Downey, and the excavating crew that came out led by Carlos made the best out of a terrible situation. They showed a tremendous amount of patience and compassion along with their expertise. They got the job done well and stood on the side of the customer. While I wish I didn’t have to deal with this problem, I am glad I got to work with this crew. Allgood as a company was also great to work with and made sure the work was done to the highest quality. Ask for Chris if you’re having plumbing issues!

He was with me every step of the way I'm a finicky customer. We had to go through many things. But he matched me every step, great work Andrew, thank you.

The Tech was friendly, on time and very professional. He gave a thorough assessment and was very honest. He did not price gouge us. He also assessed our pipe valve and suggested updating the valve in the coming months, due to its age.

Our hot water heater was replaced by Allgood and the plumber they sent was fast, professional and did a great job replacing our old hot water heater with a brand new one. Highly recommend.

They came to see why my heat kept getting worse past the set temp. All to conclude that my thermostat was acting crazy. They told me each step they were doing. Answered all my questions. Thankfully it was indeed just the thermostat needing to be replaced. Definitely a great response team and helpful.
