We have had a great experience with ARS as we needed an HVAC system replaced. Gilberto was able to quickly identify our system issues and Alfredo followed up and provided us with competitive options for our replacement. Both were prompt and friendly and all around great to work with. They explained things clearly and were able to quickly get us on the work schedule. We'd definitely work with them again and recommend them to others who might need a repair!

Called in as a first time customer with an AC issue & office staff scheduled a tech out immediately. Jonathan came out and was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We are having to get a quote for a new unit, which Diana in the office scheduled on site for later today. We’ll see what the pricing is like, but so far has been a lovely experience.

I have had a tech out three times to look at something related to new HVAC unit. I must say I have been really impressed with each tech. They have nice friendly personalities, take their time explaining things to me and always stay until everything is completely fixed.
This has not been my experience with some other companies.
Super nice tech who came out to show me how to set up the app. It was his first time using this particular thermostat but he was very resourceful in figuring it out and getting it all set up.
Adding to this a second visit today, and yet another rep who is very nice and both times they really emphasized that they will stay and ensure everything works fine and checked other parts of the system other than the reason for the call.

Carlos Jose had been here before and he absolutely knows my equipment. He was thorough and he’s excellent. I cannot say the same about the scheduling. They had it reschedule and reschedule and reschedule five times.

My service Technician Quann was well mannered and respectful. He arrived in window of time scheduled. Wore protective covers over his shoes. Explained what he checked during my spring air conditioning check up. Suggestions of two items being replaced in order for me to get maximum service from my unit were made.
