ARS Rescue Router of Durham NC just installed a new AC/Heat system for us. It’s wonderful! Everyone from Aaron who speced the system for us to the installers who did all of the work were fantastic. We could not be happier to have worked with them. I recommend you call them for any heating/cooling needs you have. There great.

ARS installed my entire HVAC system about 7yrs.ago. Various technicians have worked on the unit . Jorge Rios has been the best and most knowledgeable in all I have had with this company by far! Honest and what seemed to me devoted to his work. Something you don't see in today's world.

I was about to get annoyed cus I had a feeling they was calling to reschedule me an I’ve been sitting in this house kinda hot too for 3-4 days but they found a technician to come an fix my issues very happy at the end of this. He was quick an I gave him bottle water cus it’s hot today

He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the system, made sure it was running efficiently, and even gave helpful tips on how to keep it in good shape between visits. I feel confident my system will run smoothly through the season. Highly recommend their maintenance service for peace of mind and long-term savings

Not only that, but he was patient with my many questions, discussed options with me, and gave me confidence that I was getting full value service.
