We have had a great experience with ARS as we needed an HVAC system replaced. Gilberto was able to quickly identify our system issues and Alfredo followed up and provided us with competitive options for our replacement. Both were prompt and friendly and all around great to work with. They explained things clearly and were able to quickly get us on the work schedule. We'd definitely work with them again and recommend them to others who might need a repair!

Called in as a first time customer with an AC issue & office staff scheduled a tech out immediately. Jonathan came out and was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We are having to get a quote for a new unit, which Diana in the office scheduled on site for later today. We’ll see what the pricing is like, but so far has been a lovely experience.

Technician Jorge made sure problem was found. Replaced punctured line and made sure it was ready for coolant. Filled coolant and made sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied before leaving.

Senior repair technician, Ahmed Elreeh is so very knowledgeable and proficient. It took some time before ARS sent over a Senior repairman, but everything fell into place once the Senior repairman was routed to our house. Our system was repaired and now runs like new.

Service is good.My experience has been,so far,the rheem unit is unfortunately not the same as what I had.Fan is not as strong and it barely seems adequate.

New installment of our HVAC system. One month in anouther problem! Furnace running with too powerful fan and loud noises as it runs down. 2 different tecnitions on different days came out, neither could change the settings. The second tech said he would have to talk to his supervisor and that was 2 days ago! Still waiting for help.

I have had a tech out three times to look at something related to new HVAC unit. I must say I have been really impressed with each tech. They have nice friendly personalities, take their time explaining things to me and always stay until everything is completely fixed.
This has not been my experience with some other companies.
Super nice tech who came out to show me how to set up the app. It was his first time using this particular thermostat but he was very resourceful in figuring it out and getting it all set up.
Adding to this a second visit today, and yet another rep who is very nice and both times they really emphasized that they will stay and ensure everything works fine and checked other parts of the system other than the reason for the call.

Guy got here much later than expected but was otherwise polite and pleasant. Assessed my system did the paperwork, had a chat and left. No hassle, no excess. Good experience overall. I do wish they had come on time though.
