First time customer. It must have been the coldest night so far this year and my family woke up to no heat. Thank you Bill for coming out for the initial assessment. It turned out my furnace had seen its last days. Hauser was out the next morning for a complete HVAC installation! Thank you for coming back out the same day with space heaters to keep us from freezing through the night. I recommend this company.

The repair person was very nice and helpful. Said I needed a defrost control board replaced. Cost of 1890.00 this seems excessively high to me. I googled the price and they said 500.00 to 700.00 including installation was normal. Could you check your pricing and get back to me? I don’t want to over pay as I’m 75 years old and on social security.

The Hauser team finished up my furnace installation. The team was professional, friendly, informative and cleaned up afterwards. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. The only issue I had was with communication once the job was launched, but I’d say that was not the installation team but more about the group scheduling the work. In any case, the job was completed to my satisfaction and I’m confident that if I have issues or questions this group will jump in to solve them.

Of course our furnace quit working 6 days before Christmas! I called Hauser at 9:13 AM and they were able to send a technician within an hour. He found the problem and replaced the thermostat. He inspected everything thoroughly and efficiently. I’m thankful it was repaired so quickly.

I had Hauser come out to my house for a furnace tuneup. The technician called and let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was polite and personable. We walked through was I was needing during the appointment and quickly went to work. He gave my furnace a thorough check up and assured me my system was working properly and optimally. Quick payment process and gave me my paperwork for my records. I have used Hauser for over a decade and I always receive the most professional service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
