Josh technician was extremely helpful. He came to do biannual check of the heating and cooling system for the summer. He smelled gas so halted work. Josh came back after Duke energy verified his findings. Josh did the repair and everything is working. Thanks Josh.

Hauser service technician (Justin) showed his know-how, persistence and constant communication to pinpoint the root cause and perform the repair on my A/C system/thermostat control wiring. Also, kudos to others at Hauser who responded promptly to assist Justin’s efforts to help get the job done right. This was a tough, tricky wiring insulation problem. Highly recommended.

The Hauser Service Man was on
time, polite and knowledgeable about the A/C unit.
After the check and cleaning service, Andrew showed me pictures he had taken of the interior as well as exterior unit and the heat pump.
He explained how the Heat
Pump works and suggested how to use the settings.
I will call Hauser again with such great service.

Mike came out and checked our HVAC. He was very professional and friendly.
For spring maintenance, Clinton came out to help with maintenance and repcaed a monor device. He was very thorough, organized and extremely professional.

great service and expertise, I called for an A/C tune up on Monday afternoon at 4pm and they were here on Tuesday morning (the morning after) at 8AM!

Quick response, clear explanations, polite. Great staff.
Updating, prior was for installation. Today they did an annual checkup and as expected the experience was great. On time, great explanations, reported on what was done in sufficient detail.
