Purchased a complete A/C Heat Pump and Air Handler for large 3500sq ft residential home. I had a quote from another large, local company and felt Hauser offered the better all around package. My contact Patrick was very conscientious and took the time to explain the pluses and minuses of each offered system. He followed up during and after installation and did exactly what he said he would do. This was a high dollar purchase and Hauser was the best choice for me. I expect any unforeseen issues will be handled in the same manner and that is my reasoning for a 5 Star rating.

This is our second unit from Hauser Air. They installed our first unit 2003 which lasted 23 years. They it running just a little over 5 hours and we had heat.

Always generally happy with Hauser, but today Alyssa’s service was extraordinary. She came in terribly cold weather, put covers on her shoes and got to work. She did the usual maintenance service, but she also did a full service on my humidifier and no one has ever offered to do that. Alyssa gets 5 stars for work ethic and knowledge and Hauser gets 5 stars for hiring her!

Team arrived on time. Worked through the brutal cold to make sure the heater installation was done correctly. The technicians were very polite, and installed in the timeframe that was quoted. Ran into a small issue with operation and ran out of daylight to continue troubleshooting the issue but stated they would be back the next morning to continue. They made sure that heat was at least on and able to work so I would not be without heat for the night. All in all a very good experience. Would recommend again.

Nicholas Foster (Nick) was fantastic. I was having issues with my humidifier and he took the time to show me the issues, walked me through my annual maintenance, and my summer/winter settings.
Really happy with my service and Nick’s professional and thorough knowledge - I now have a well working humidifier.

Guy was very thorough and professional. After his assessment he walked me e through his findings, explaining the issues he discovered. He made recommendations and did not pressure me to make an immediate decision.

Our technician Dillion was very knowledgeable in his examination of our system and explained a solution that was done very timely. He was very professional and polite. He was conscientious making sure to clean up thoroughly after the repair.

We had Mark Greenfield out today to service geothermal and furnace. He was on time very knowledgeable and Extremely pleasant personality I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I would highly recommend Hauser, And their service technician Ahmed .

I recently had a new carrier hvac system installed. The furnace was not operating properly i called the next date Zachary Perrine showed up checked the whole system adjusted a few things and fixed a leak system working great know very professional service very nice man Hauser seems to be a very nice company to do business with. Very professional staff from the phone staff to the salespeople to the installation technicians. For my primary furnace tune up. I only hope I can get the dual fuel furnace in the new house serviced, 2nd tech will be the one - right?!?!
