This weekend, I had some unexpected air conditioning challenges, but Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning truly saved the day and put a smile on my face. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m especially grateful to the amazing team at Hauser.
The issue extended into the next day, and I ended up working with two different technicians, both of whom went above and beyond. First, I want to thank Anthony M. for his hard work and dedication. He did everything he could to resolve the issue and handled it with care and professionalism. Thank you so very much!
When the problem continued into the next day, Christian G. stepped in. I’m incredibly thankful for his detailed, step-by-step approach. He was determined to find the root of the issue and didn’t stop until everything was resolved. His thoroughness and commitment were impressive, and he truly made sure everything was working perfectly, not just for me, but for everyone living on the property. Christian G, you are fantastic. Be proud with your work thank you You.

I am crying with gratitude. They were EXCELLENT with their communication and the techs were so kind and professional. I didn’t even try to ask about the $50 adversed discount. They deserve every penny. Been jerked around by numerous other companies. Won’t be using any other service if I can help it.

Dedicated and knowledge service technicians to help you with ac and heating, whole house steam humidifier and air scrubber. Once I had steam humidifier installed I haven’t had a sinus infection.

The technician from Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional, courteous, and thorough in his inspection of our unit, for the annual preventive maintenance visit. I had many questions about various aspects of the operation of the air conditioner and HVAC system, and about our own preventive maintenance practices. He answered these in great detail, very professionally, and did not seem to mind or want to hurry through the process of answering to my satisfaction. Very impressed with Hauser overall.

Technician was excellent! Great communications.
If you speak to a Hauser employee they are great. If you speak to an answering service they are horrible.
They only create false hopes and blow smoke and based on my experience they do not follow thru.
I had 4 of these calls in two days. Answering service needs to be addressed.

The Technician named Guy came in respectfully and went right to work. He was observant and explained the issues that my system is experiencing. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or pressured. I really appreciate that about him and your company. I’ve never been made to feel that my back was against the wall if I didn’t take the advice.

My AC was in a low pressure lock for 4 hours. I called around 7:30 AM and had it scheduled to come look at it. The Technician was very informative about the process of inspection and how the system works. He was able to find a leak. Unfortunately it will cost more than I was expecting but needs fixed. I feel he will get me back to running great and efficiently for years to come.

My thermostat is reading high humidity in the house and with us recently purchasing a new furnace system I decided to call and have them check for possible issues. Mark was great and did as thorough of a job as he could do. He said he was fairly new with the company and that they haven’t given him a tool that would help him see if it was a possible sensor issue or if the humidity was as high as it was saying. I took off the one star for the company not properly equipping their techs and now looking at having to buy my own equipment to check it myself despite shelling out the $109
