10/10 would recommend Hauser to all family and friends! We had our hvac replaced and everyone from the consultant Patrick , to the installation crew, was exceptional . Very punctual, professional and took time to educate us on this purchase! Definitely a step above the rest of the competition!

Hauser was great to squeeze us in. We had no ac all weekend with heat advisory. When I talked with them Monday they said Saturday was the earliest they could come out. But they were able to send someone out Monday afternoon. Michael was great. He knew the problem and was able to fix it. Thank you

Found them on google as not many companies perform tune-up on a split-unit (ductless AC). Was very impressed with how communicative this company is. Most of all, the technician Mike was extremely knowledgeable, clearly experienced in split units. Provided us with excellent customer service. Very pleased, signed up for their plan. Looking forward to seeing Mike again next tune-up! Prices are fair and reasonable.
