The service technicians were prompt. They said they would arrive between 9-10 and they were there at 9am. They guys were very informative and seemed knowledgeable in what they were doing. The HVAC installation and heat installation looked great! The work was very neat. My issue was the mess that was left afterwards. Water/rust/sediment and wet carpet. I was kind of shocked by how it looked but after being at 1 customers house for 8-10 hrs in the heat I could understand. BUT maybe Houser could look into a cleaning crew or something that just comes and cleans up. For the cost of the service spending a couple hours trying to get all the water and stuff up wasn’t truly ideal. I would use them again but definitely wasn’t happy with the mess left behind.

Our AC unit stopped working on a Wednesday, but Andrew from Hauser was able to get it up and running by mid-day Thursday. The service was great, and the techs were very knowledgeable.

Guy Romaine is a good technician and finds the issue quickly and explains to you in clear terms. I like that. Plus, he has a nice personality which is always nice. Very pleased with the service.

Replace a 21 year old air conditioning unit 3 tons that was on its last leg. I received estimates from three separate companies. Hauser is 2000 less than the nearest competitor. This was due to a manufacturing rebate of a well-known brand. They were able to install it within three days. The installation took 5 1/2 hours two technicians. Extremely courteous explained every step of the way took booties on and off as they entered and exit the house cleaned up after themselves and now we have a much better fuel, efficient air conditioner.

AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Christian came next morning, root caused the issue with condenser capacitor and wiring. Darn critter. Checked the full system and provided guidance. He outlined the repair costs and then fixed. Very professional. AC up and running, happy wife, so happy me.

Jayson was very friendly, thorough and efficient. Communication with the company was excellent. When scheduling a routine maintenance I ask for the blower to be turned down a bit. When he arrived, he already had that information (I didn't necessarily expect that it would be passed along to him by the dispatcher.)

Mr Andrew was professional, polite and kept us informed at every step. He was
very good at explaining in easy to understand terms about the issues being addressed. He also explained preventative issues and cost to fix without pressing us to fix right away.
He was professional dressed and wore shoe cover before entering the home without having to be asked as we had to request from other workmen on previous occasion.
I highly recommend Mr Andrew for his quick and competent work and this is his second visit and would use his service again.

I have had very few issues with the system since they installed it in 2018, the annual maintenance is reasonable and the technicians have always been professional.
