I noticed immediately after the technician left my house that there is a high pitched whistling noise coming from the furnace. There was no noise beforehand. I would like to have this addressed as the noise is distracting throughout the basement.

Guy was very informative on what he was doing and how the system operates. How much the repair cost compared to the cost of a new furnace.
Aaron did an outstanding job on the furnace installation. He took his time and made sure everything was working properly. Then he made sure we understood how the new thermostat worked. He left our house cleaner than when he got there. All of your employees we felt with were very professional and good at what they did.

I scheduled our fall maintenance visit and was fortunate to get Jamal. He was very respectful of our house and covered his shoes. He explained everything he was doing. He completed all the requirements and also serviced our humidifier. He also showed me how to change the filter on the humidifier. He was very professional and encouraged questions. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Hauser for all of your heating and cooling needs. They are all knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Buying a new furnace and having it installed was an easy process with Hauser. I will never use anyone else!

Hauser had great communication. The tech, Mike was available earlier than my scheduled time. I had the opportunity to move my appointment up. Mike did a great job with are fall tuneup. He was thorough and efficient. I feel confident that my furnace will be working through the winter.
