I thought Connor was very courteous. He arrived in a timely manner and was very prompt with getting what he came for done very quickly. He said everything was in good working order and I have no reason to doubt that. I appreciate the work that he did.

It was rough at first due to the miscommunication between Home Depot and ARS. I was told one price for the service from HD but ARS said that's not correct. After the service man reached out to the his manager they honored the HD price.

I had a scheduled maintenance for my a.C unit today. I didn't catch my technician's name, but he was very polite and professional. He made some recommendations for some maintenance issues.For the future. I'm grateful that he was here and took care of things

I scheduled an AC maintenance service on March 28, 2026, after receiving a call reminding us it was time for our annual tune-up. Before confirming, I specifically asked if the technician would be the same person who serviced our unit last year, & I was told yes. That was not true, a completely different technician arrived.
During the visit, my husband was quoted $689 for a “hard start kit,” with claims that it would reduce electricity costs and help the compressor. After checking, this part is readily available for under $100. This pricing is excessive and misleading, especially when presented during a discounted service visit. It felt like a clear upsell tactic rather than a genuine recommendation.
The technician also needed access to our daughter’s bedroom because that is where the upstairs thermostat and heating unit. However, he entered the room without wearing shoe covers or even asking for one. Too late when hudband noticed that he didn't wear any. Being in a private bedroom space, this lack of basic courtesy and respect for our home was unacceptable.
Offering a low-cost tune-up should not be an excuse for misleading information, upselling, or disregard for a customer’s home. I expect honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Too bad that there was no consistency with great service we got from last year.

Last year 2025 : We had to switch companies for our AC needs, & we’re so glad we did! The technician from ARS was thorough, explained current & potential issues clearly, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend them to family and friends!
