Installer crew wasn't notified ahead of time that they would have to hoist the large water heater into the attic. They had to call a second crew for assistance. They also weren't familiar with the ins-and-outs of a heat pump water heater and had to call the office for technical assistance. Despite these problems, they did an excellent job installing the new water heater and disposing of the old one.

Had a particular sound in our plumbing after ARS installed a water heater for us about six months ago. We kept waiting for this knocking to go away. Finally decided to call ARS back to diagnose it. Danny K. came by and pointed out the problem just by our description of the air-knock. He gave us a couple of tips on how to troubleshoot it to eliminate it and was on his own. No charge 😮!

ARS quickly assessed our needs and made recommendations that fit our budget, while ensuring we'd be happy with the outcome. They removed our old water heater (that was 30 years old!) and replaced it, while also bringing us up to code. They worked quickly & efficiently, and were courteous & informative. I would definitely recommend ARS for any of your plumbing or electrical needs!

I had a plumbing issue right before freezing weather was expected. ARS provided same day service. I was kept informed about expected time technician would arrive. When they got here I expected the worst since 2 toilets, shower and tub were backing up and not draining. The tech gave his recommendation and cleared the line instantly. While the tech waited, I checked all the drains. The problem was solved and afterwards the crew showed me a video of what was cleared. Best of all my stress was gone after getting a bill under a 100 dollars. Thanks Adam m

The technician who came to examine my system, Oscar, was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable in his field. He answered all my questions thoroughly in a way that I could understand. Angel came in very professional. He engaged in conversation as to what's the issue. He give me a quote and went right to work. He did a neat job and didn't leave any trash behind. Great Service!

Technician on time. Explained the problem with my condenser and that it was caused by mold returning from my ductwork. Recommended replacing all of my ductwork with a higher R value. Installation crew was on time and efficient with their service.

We were very pleased with the service. We called ARS and they had a technician here within two hours! Once the plumbing expert Isauro, arrived he immediately identified the issue and installed the parts needed within 30 minutes. He was very professional, personable, and explained everything he did in detail. He also cleaned up after he was finished. Right before he left he let us know that if we ever have anything else we would need that ARS was there for our plumbing needs.
