Durrell was very professional and fast. I was able to get same day service within 3 hours of calling. The price was reasonable!

My air conditioning broke down over the weekend, so I setup an appointment for Sunday morning. The technician told me that the fan needed replacement and came out the next day with the new part. He was polite and very accommodating. I went ahead and signed a membership for their HVAC along with their plumbing and electrical because of the great customer service.

I called ARS at noon. Devonte was here by 3pm, assessed the problem immediately, had all the right tools and equipment, and had my shower draining properly again in half an hour. ARS is who to call when you don’t want to fool around and just want it done and dusted.

Very impressed with sales representatives, finance options, and right down to installers and also time it took to install new A/C mini split in my new man cave, the garage. All personal at ARS are all great Stars. Thank you for impressive services. Will definitely recommend.

Came out to fix a/c condensate drain. Repaired quickly. Made some no pressure recommendations on prevention methods. Also very respectful of the owner who is a disable vet.

Called late morning and was able to have someone out within an hour or so (non-emergency). The technician was friendly and helpful and answered our questions. The repair was completed quickly and cleanly. He gave us information for a permanent solution but did not give us the hard sell which we appreciate. A very enjoyable experience all around.

My AC was ridiculously loud and sounded like it was gonna blow. Left for work with it still this way. Called ARS. They had a technician come out the same day. Unfortunately, when he got here, the AC had stopped making the noise. He still looked it over, gave me his diagnosis of what could have happened to cause the one off noise, and gave me some routine maintenance tips that I could do myself. He waived the service fee because there was nothing he could do. First time I have used ARS and I will keep using y'all now! I am grateful for an honest and fair business like this. This is my third house that ARS, been with for over 5 years. The guarantee they give on their service, is genuine. If uou take any new product with them, they back it up, and will come as many time to get it running. They provide same day service any time of the year. The team is very professional, and fix the issues swiftly.
