Really nice gentleman worked with me and listened to me. He had great ideas. He cut hole under tge sink. Then cut hole in the back splash to the left of the sink. He found the leak. We discussed the repair and cleared it with his boss. All went smooth hot water back on. He made an unpleasant ordeal a pleasant experience.

Sheldon Francis from ARS come out for a tune up appointment for my hvac system. He arrived promptly and found the answer to my issue. He also showed me ways to improve my system. He was informed and professional with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing ARS services.

After our water bill doubled without any obvious reason, Angel came and located the problem within just a few minutes. He not only fixed the issue, but took photos of a potential dangerous issue in our attic that would have cost us big time... we have that issue on schedule to be fixed in a few days. Angel was attentive to my elderly father, and explained things in terms he could understand, and made sure my father wouldn't be without running water during the next repair that might take more than a day to fix. Every company has good and bad apples, but Angel Morales is on the good guy list. I will request him for any future repairs we may need.
