I had an excellent experience with Andrew-ARS Plumbing. He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done, and efficiently cleared my drain. His professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free. Kyle Mitchell was friendly, informative, and courteous at all times. I was delighted to see him immediately put on paper shoe covering to protect my floors as it was raining outside and would have been a mess for me to clean up afterwards. He noticed I was a very senior citizen (without actually stating it) and went above and beyond to keep me from having to go up and down the stairs to accommodate him. That was thoughtful as I had had a resent medical emergency. What a relief. Kyle explained every step before and after he addressed the job (slow draining in an upstairs bathroom). I felt comfortable with everything he did, as I ALWAYS appreciate getting the full picture of what needs to be taken care of. Thank you, Kyle! You’re a wonderful representative of ARS! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

My heater was blowing out a burnt plastic smell so I made an appointment to have it checked. Dung Pham came to my house right on time and located the source and explained all my options. On his recommendation I decided to replace my entire unit due to the age of my unit and condition. He was even able to get me on the schedule for replacement the same day! Dung was very kind and patient with me when explaining my options and worked with me and my budget on pricing options. I highly recommend Dung for anyone! He is amazing!

Shoutout to ARS Rescue Rooter—and especially Dameon Davis! Our kitchen sink wasn’t draining and turned into one of those “uh oh” situations, but Dameon handled it like a pro. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to.
He fixed the issue, explained what was going on in plain English, and gave us really helpful tips on how to avoid clogs in the future and what signs to watch for with our pipes. No lectures, no pressure—just genuinely helpful advice, like talking to a friend who knows their stuff.
Sink’s working perfectly now and the whole experience was great. Thanks, ARS, for the rescue!

I'm not too sure of the techs that came out to the service call, but they should know by this review. Techs came out from the Conroe, TX area to my home in Magnolia at 11:00 at night. I had an issue with a backed up/clogged overflow pipe in my back yard. Techs ran a snake and camera down the pool pipe to clear whatever obstruction was there, but the issue ended up being on the water company/city/county end of the sewer line. Techs were very professional and didn't even charge me for the service call due to the fact that they weren't able to clear the line due to property jurisdictional regs. Even though they couldn't clear the problem due to no fault of their own, they have garnered a customer for life. I will definitely call upon them again if I have other plumbing issues.

The tech from ARS/Rescue Rooter, Kyle Mitchell, was amazing. So professional, helpful, and thorough. We contacted ARS needing immediate assistance with a clogged toilet. A 2 hr window for arrival was estimated and they were very prompt. Kyle diagnosed the problem and completed the work within 2 hours of our call and on a Friday evening. Our pricing was extremely fair. We were also able to use our coupon for repairs. This company was very thoughtful in their consideration for senior customers. I highly recommend them based our experience today. Professional, quick, considerate, reasonable. Thank you Kyle Mitchell and ARS Rescue Rooter!

Had plumbing issues and turned out I needed to replace water heater. I selected tankless and the whole job felt like 'all under one roof' or all in one...estimate, demo, install, financing, electric work, roof work well done. A bit delay for the roof job I blame on the holiday rush.
