Field supervisor Sean Kirkpatrick was terrific. Very attentive and knowledgeable, did a thorough check of everything, fixed the water leak he found and made minor repairs along the way. Took great pride in his work and was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The best among experienced plumbers we have seen.

I recently had to have my HVAC system replaced by AR/AC Rescue Rooter, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience of just the sales. Chad, my salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, from what was needed to why it was necessary. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure I understood each part of the process.
What I appreciated most was how thorough and transparent he was. His explanations helped me feel informed and confident in my decision, and I walked away better equipped to ask the right questions about my system. That level of professionalism and care really stood out.

He did a diagnosis and found the leak. He was very professional. I couldn’t afford them at the time to repair it. In the future I will definitely call ARS for any of my plumbing needs.

I was very impressed with ARS. We set up appointment for ARS to quote for a new ac. We wanted everything done even the duct work. The rep came out to our house at 10a.m. We agreed to
the purchase and the installers were at our home within 2 years. It was a lengthy since we had everything done. The installers very professional and worked non stop. I was very pleased.

I called them for service and they showed up 45 minutes after I hung up the phone and he told me that he could do it today and one hour later they showed up with the unit and two hours later I had cold air thanks again the service was amazing
