On Sunday late afternoon after Christmas holiday, our drain line for the toilets were clogged and not draining. The water was flooding back in the master bathroom. We had water going everywhere in that bathroom, I used every towel in the house to clean the floor. We called ARS and they sent out a technician. Kyle Mitchell was awesome. He checked everything and gave us options on where to start with the fix. He explained everything very well and was knowledgeable. We were very happy with his service. We will definitely us ARS again.

Mr. Mitchell was the technician that came to our home to address a plumbing issue. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient!
Hopefully we never have another plumbing issue, but if we do, we'll request Mr. Mitchell again if possible!

Tech and Supervisor were very helpful polite and knowledgeable. They offered me numerous options for solutions. I would use them again any time I have a problem.

Hector came to check out a pretty serious clog in my home (no details but it was bad) Hector was courteous, and knew what he was doing. The clog is gone and all my plumbing seems to be working just fine.

Hector and Jake came today investigate drain blockage, and they were great! Hector snaked line and found the blockage and unclogged it. Jake took video of the line and found the breaks in the line. They were both very professional and friendly.

Hector and Austin were my technicians. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of service they provided. I needed
someone on of all days, Christmas Eve. I had a stoppage. My toilets were overflowing. I couldn’t drain water from my sinks without it causing the toilets to overflow. A plumber affiliated with my home warranty company came the previous evening and was unsuccessful in his efforts to clear the stoppage. He offered possible reasons for the stoppage, but had no solutions. Hector and Austin came with a camera. They found the problem. My toilets are flushing and my drains are draining. All for the $83.00 promoted on the company website. Hector and Austin left me with happy tears.

I noticed my upstairs AC unit not cooling and determined the compressor was not working. This was around 10pm on Monday 12/22. I called and left a voicemail. I got a return call a few minutes later and spoke to a gentleman. He asked if I needed someone that night or if the morning would be ok. The technician showed up the next morning early and had the issue resolved within an hour. Very professional, reasonably priced, and kind.

Although unfortunate that I needed their service, I have to say it was a great experience.Double sinks in master bath draining slow. Came out same day. Explained all options before getting started. Shout out to Jonathan. Very professional, and great at everything before and after.

I had Jonathan come out from ARS to do a main drain cleaning with the water jet system. He explained every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to get Vance from ARS to come through as well to run the camera system downhole to verify and show how clean the drain became and to show if any faults were present. The guys did great and I would recommend them every time. Thank you Jonathan and Vance.

Hector was fantastic! We had a clog that was backing up or toilets and shower and they were able to come out quickly and get to work clearing the clog. Hector was nice, professional, and genuinely cared about getting our problem resolved quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely use ARS again and recommend them to anyone.

Chad was super helpful! He took the time to walk me through all my options for repair and replacement, as well as choices of different financial plans to cover the cost of the repairs. Chads patient and thorough explanation of my options made a stressful situation far more manageable! Would highly recommend!

Matthew was very thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He inspected my house for water pressure. He also checked for mineral content and sediment in the City's water supply to my house. He flushed the commodes, checked all faucets, removed the shower head and found content and sediment. Matthew made several recommendations including a water pressure valve, and a whole home water filtration system for water softener, carbon filter, and scale inhibitors.

Felipe and Logan were the utmost professional, understanding, patient, caring and knowledgeable as expected of all the ARS staffing I have encountered. I have been a faithful and loyal customer with ARS for 17 years now and will continue for many more years to come. I wish I could have given 10 stars instead.

My tech was Andrew, he was excellent. Explain what he was going to do to correct the problem, asked if I had any questions, explain the problems he encountered, how it could be fixed.
