Kyle came to our rescue first thing this morning. We had a backed up draining problem with out air conditioner. The algae had taken over the pipes.
Kyle took the P-Trap apart, clean it, and augered all the draining pipes that resulted in a clear flow of water. Thnx buddy!

We recently had our HVAC system removed and replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our sales representative, Billy, was patient and really took the time to listen to our needs, offering several solutions so we could make the best choice for our home. The installation was scheduled promptly for the very next day, which we greatly appreciated. The technicians arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Everything was done neatly and professionally. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend this team for anyone needing AC and heating installation.

The technician was professional, great personality and friendly. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is solely do to pricing and not service. The service was quick and again the technician or plumber was great! I just hate the price but im not a plumber.

Henry gave us choices between repairing and replacing the AC unit. He was able to offer us a break on replacing the unit and getting higher efficiency.

I didn’t expect a great customer service experience with Mr Logan. After he walked inside the house and introduced himself I’m thinking how much I’m going to spend. Hahaha actually Mr Logan explained the different types of Air Cons for my house and I actually learned a lot about Air Con systems and Molds yes I said Molds and I have them Yuk !! So me and Mr Logan started to wheel and deal and good enough we made a good deal. 😎 I got the 4 star System plus a Shirt. being my old Air Con is obsolete. 😢 Thank You Logan. you made me from Depressed to Happy even though I’m spending again. Quality, Trust, Customer Service, Longevity, and Integrity from ARS !! 5️⃣ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m giving 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Logan and Sir Keith today for closing an awesome deal !! For the record ….. I’m happy and with the Warranty and the Service within the Warranty can’t beat that ! And it’s 11pm so I can’t complain. It was all worth it ! Only comment I would like to know how long is the tune up process ? since our unit only 4 years old . We just wanted to make sure that we were not rushed at all as another technician informed that it would take about 3 hours . But it only took hr or less to my knowledge.
