ARS / Rescue Rooter came out in less than 2 hours on a Sunday when we had a major issue with sewage backing up into our home. What we initially thought was a plumbing problem turned out to be much bigger — the builder (Bill) had falsely claimed the septic system was cleared prior to closing and even provided a fake receipt.
Despite that, Gabriel went above and beyond. He thoroughly inspected everything, triple-checked the system, and made sure there were no internal plumbing issues contributing to the problem. He took the time to explain what was happening, gave us peace of mind, and ensured we were at least safe and clear on the plumbing side before moving forward.
Even though the root cause wasn’t their responsibility, their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Highly recommend — especially if you need someone reliable in an emergency.

He was very polite, considerate, and went out of his way to clean my air conditioning system. He is also a very handsome young man.

I met Ted today during the process of getting quotes to replace a water heater. Ted was extremely knowledgeable and professional and we went over multiple options. ARS was not the lowest bid but it was not the highest either. Coming from a materials manager background, I am well aware that sometimes the lowest bid is not the best bid. I went with ARS because I felt certain that this is going to be a quality install. They are bonded, insured, and guarantee their work. I was impressed with Ted's thoroughness on evaluating the system and making recommendations. I would highly recommend Ted and ARS in quoting your next home project or repair.

We were provided exceptional service by Eric Gutierrez; he is a true professional, very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and requirements for our home. We are in need of a new system and Eric ensured we are able to get the best system to accommodate our needs and within our budget. Eric negotiated for us to get a great system with installation and all warranties included. Most importantly, Eric treated us with great respect, care and concern. I truly appreciate Eric, his service and highly recommend ARS.

Our Technician Mr. Kiggans was very professional & Courtesy and took care of our Summer maintenance air conditioner with no problems. Just the cost of repairs are costly for our pocket book need a 2nd option I was give 3 choices still to high for us.
March 19, 2026 still to pricey..need 2nd option for maintenance upkeep.
