I'm not too sure of the techs that came out to the service call, but they should know by this review. Techs came out from the Conroe, TX area to my home in Magnolia at 11:00 at night. I had an issue with a backed up/clogged overflow pipe in my back yard. Techs ran a snake and camera down the pool pipe to clear whatever obstruction was there, but the issue ended up being on the water company/city/county end of the sewer line. Techs were very professional and didn't even charge me for the service call due to the fact that they weren't able to clear the line due to property jurisdictional regs. Even though they couldn't clear the problem due to no fault of their own, they have garnered a customer for life. I will definitely call upon them again if I have other plumbing issues.

Chad is so helpful and shows great detail to make sure the purchase for my a/c replacement is efficient, that service is expedited and my personal understanding and needs have been met.

Austin did an amazing job explaining the issue and he showed us everything on the camera. He was straight forward and quoted a best deal for us and he was very patient through out the process and gave us enough time to think. He helped us overcome a very difficult situation. The tech from ARS/Rescue Rooter, Kyle Mitchell, was amazing. So professional, helpful, and thorough. We contacted ARS needing immediate assistance with a clogged toilet. A 2 hr window for arrival was estimated and they were very prompt. Kyle diagnosed the problem and completed the work within 2 hours of our call and on a Friday evening. Our pricing was extremely fair. We were also able to use our coupon for repairs. This company was very thoughtful in their consideration for senior customers. I highly recommend them based our experience today. Professional, quick, considerate, reasonable. Thank you Kyle Mitchell and ARS Rescue Rooter!

Had plumbing issues and turned out I needed to replace water heater. I selected tankless and the whole job felt like 'all under one roof' or all in one...estimate, demo, install, financing, electric work, roof work well done. A bit delay for the roof job I blame on the holiday rush.

The guys were very professional and gave me a discount. They ran a camera down the line and showed me what I was dealing with.
I definitely will recommend them to anyone wanting to have lines cleaned or any other plumbing issues.

I woke up to a plumbing problem in the master bath and panicked! I called ARS hoping they could help quickly as they always have. In less than a couple of hours, a very professional serviceman, Andrew came out, gave me some options and began his work. Andrew took care of the problem in a timely manner. He was very polite and reassuring that things would shortly be back to normal. He cleaned up after the job. He is truly an asset to ARS. I hope he is sent out again should I have another problem.

Tiffany and Brian both have been amazing in assisting my wife and I with our units. We purchased a 3 ton and a 4 ton unit 6 month ago through ARS and they needed some attention. They were able to address exactly what we needed, and we are very happy customers. Thank you!

Everyone was great, from the prompt caller who scheduled us to check our water heater, to Roy, the specialist who came to our home. Roy was very friendly and informative in recommending the best solution for our problem. He was able to schedule the installation of a new water heater the next morning. Great experience!

Not only did Donald Martin go above and beyond the scope of what was necessary to help detect a leak, he was very helpful in explaining all the details to me and my neighbor with whom I share lines with. His attention to detail, efficiency and patience are to be commended and every company should have a service person like Donald Martin.

The tech was wonderful. But scheduling was not people friendly. Online stated i am a real person; how may i help you; but schedule; so i had to literally call in . Wasting your time booking online.
