Excellent service and cleanup afterwards. Water heater was purchased and installed and the old one hauled away on the same day. Replacement took only a couple hours.

We have been using ARS for over 20 years. They have also been very professional and the people are always polite. We have purchased two complete 18 seer systems from them. Two tankless water heaters and two condensers. Not to mention several plumbing and HVAC small repairs. They did an evaluation of our attic’s efficiency and adds insulation , baffles, we have a 4 k sf home. And our average energy bill is less than $300. We highly recommend ARS. About 10 days ago our down stairs furnace went out during the freeze My wife called the warranty company. The sent out a ac company. That came out
five days out eight days and still didn’t get our furnace working. I had enough I called ARS out they came on Saturday morning , diagnosed the problem. We had to wait 2 days for parts. Now our furnace is blowing hot air again. Thank you Tom with ARS for actually knowing what was wrong with a furnace instead of guessing
The “ other company replaced the control board , igniter , flame sensor and gas valve. They actually put the wrong valve on our furnace. Which was very dangerous. Tom with ARS replaced the valve with correct one and the burners. And it’s working great.

Adam was so nice and loved how thorough he was. ARS needs more technicians like Adam. He was so nice and helpful. He deserves more than 5 stars. Hes wife must be really proud to be married to him. He really cares about people. I'm elderly and he didn't get to take advantage of me and I felt really cared for. He took the time to get me financed when I thought I couldn't get approved. We need more people like Adam! Please send him next time i need anything with my ac and heater!

I was very happy with the plumbing technician from ARS named Jonathan Barajas. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything and fixed my toilet in a timely manner. He was courteous and made no mess as he was fixing the issue. I’m a clean freak so that mattered. Way to go ARS for hiring great technicians who fix the job right! Thank you again Jonathan Barajas!

Our AC unit went on the fritz right after Christmas. We reached out to several different companies for quotes but it wasn’t until Chad Jackson showed up for our appointment that things started to turn around. He was detailed and clear in his explanation to us regarding what we needed and did not need. He didn’t try to push unnecessary things on us. He wanted to solve our problem and that he did. I would have to say that if you need a good representative to speak with regarding an AC unit he would be the person to see.

I had 2 AC/Furnace units installed in my home little more than a month ago. Unfortunately there were some small problems after installation which is understandable. I made various calls to ARS and finally a few technicians showed up a day later and fixed that problem. I was fortunate to ask one of the technicians who I should contact in the future when there is a problem. He happily referred me to Brian Jinkins and provided the phone number. For some reasons I couldn’t get a detailed invoice after a few weeks of contracting the seller and other parties. I was very frustrated and decided to call Brian, I was very rude and very ugly to him but he continuously and calmly asked me to give him a chance to fix the problem. My rude answer was “send your technicians to disassemble and remove the units and return them to ARS”. Anyway, the next day, I thought I should give him a chance to fix and the problem and wow, within a few hours he delivered as promised. I had a few more small problems with one of unit and decided to call him today. Again he delivered as promised. Based on his responsibility and prompt actions I honestly think he should be promoted to President of the company.

Having worked with ARS for a while and always finding their staff professional and reasonable to work with, it was a pretty easy decision when choosing a provider to perform an HVAC replacement at my home. After a maintenance visit and discussions about replacement options (existing systems were 12-20 years old), I had the installation scheduled for the next day.
Chris Burks helped me understand the system differences, trade-offs, and put together a deal that worked for me. Great service!
Update: Cesar and the installation team were great and the work was very well done and clean. They even followed up with some wiring replacements due to the age of the existing wiring, thanks again ARS!

Kenny Coston went above and beyond to help me with my plumbing issues. He gave us several different options to choose from as far as pricing. Kenny also provided extra information concerning our hot water heater. I would definitely recommend Mr. Coston for any plumbing jobs. Mr. Coston's personality and Professionalism are two of the reasons my family have chosen ARS to complete so many jobs at our home for over 20 years.
