Everyone from our Consultant (Leonard), a Manager (Kevin), the Installation Team (Tobias & Julio), the Electrician (Kenneth) and all the Customer Service Representatives we talked with were very helpful and professional. One of the managers (Kevin) gave us a discount for the inconvenience of our installation not being done till the following day because of unforeseen circumstances that occurred at another location. We will continue to use ARS / Rescue Rooter because of their exceptional Customer Service and the great work they perform. Thank you, all, for a wonderful experience!

We had a kitchen/laundry room sewer line clog for a couple of days waiting on home warranty company to send someone out. Had enough of waiting and called ARS. A technician was out within a few hours. David was amazing! He was knowledgeable, informative, patient, kind and effective! Would definitely use this company again!

These guys were awesome! They came out fast, super professional, and didn’t charge just to show up like other companies. They fixed my sink in less than 10 minutes and even cleaned the whole line. Great price and great service — highly recommend!

I had a wonderful and a very educational experience with Chad Jackson from ARS Rescue Rooter. He explained everything to us from top to bottom, he took his time in answering any and all questions. We learned a lot about A/C units, how it should look and how it should work and what causes it to break down and talked about the best option for my family. I am very happy with our visit with Chad he his not only very professional, but is respectful, and very easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend Chad Jackson and ARS Rescue Rooter!!

I called for service on my hot water heater that would not start. Kenny was sent out to inspect. He did a great job diagnosing the problem and explaining it to me. I had to order a part from the manufacturer. He came back to complete the repair. He explained every step of the repair. Kenny did a great job communicating with me. I would definitely recommend him and want him back at my home for future repairs. Great job.

ARS. The very best. Our air conditioner went out about 11:00. The temperature was 103 and it was raining. ARS was here and had it fixed by 2:00. A big thank you to Joseph Beavers. I actually would like to give him 10 stars. Thanks again ARS
