Matthew was the technician who came out, and he did an excellent job. He drained my hot water tank, checked the anode rod (which turned out to be in good shape), and walked me through a few options related to water hardness and overall water quality for my home.
What I really appreciated was that he was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to on a personal level. He explained things clearly without being pushy or salesy at all which has not been my experience with some other companies. It felt like an honest conversation focused on understanding my system and giving me good information, not trying to upsell me.
Highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter, and especially Matthew, for professional, straightforward service.

We've had to switch out major AC components after 9 years. Chris B has walked us through the issues and process, lined us up with good options and made the arrangements timely. Trustworthy service providers. We're long time customers for this reason.

The entire process was done in very thorough and professional manner. From our initial meeting/assessment and obtaining a honest quote from Donnie, to removal of the older units and complete installation by Enrique M. and his brother, each step was explained in a clear and concise manner. The team arrived on time, ensured the areas were protected, and constantly communicated as the work progressed. I will definitely be using ARS/Rescue Rooter for future services and will gladly recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

We experienced recurring drain stoppage and backup of the kitchen and laundry main line. They were very thorough in their diagnostics and maintenance options for repair and maintenence. They were clear in explanations and friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We feel comfortable in our decisions of work order and confident in their ability to complete the work order.

Gabriel, in one word, awesome. The first thing that struck me is his level of respect, natural and organic. From the point that he arrived to the point he left, Gabriel provided honest, professional service. Start to finish. He took his time and went beyond what I expected. His work shows pride and accountability, rare today.
When his supervisor Austin came out, they both stayed clear, honest, and respectful. That’s the kind of professionalism people need when they don’t even know what to ask. The service I received from ARS, with Gabriel and Austin, I’ve never received from a vendor like that before—especially when one of their competitors came out a couple months ago to supposedly do the same thing.
I’m fully satisfied with the integrity they brought to the job. I definitely recommend ARS and hope that they look towards Gabriel and Austin as one’s who set the bar for what type of quality customer service is needed out in the field. In short, make sure you guys train and develop more like those two!

We had an issue with ARS and complained as loudly as we could to anyone who would listen. Someone called us back and went over all of our grievances, apologized sincerely for our issues and sent their most knowledgeable technician to check on our services. He was very efficient and highlighted all aspects of our a/c needs that we will need to maintain our system.

Hector and Chris were amazing! They went above and beyond To fix the clogged drain line underneath my home. The communication was great as they worked through solving the issue and provided me with detailed images to show that they corrected a problem.

Everything was Great with the Service today with Technician Chase S. (Chase breaks things down What & Why it’s needed). We actually request him for Services the last couple of years. Always Professional & Knowledgeable about his job when asking questions. Definitely recommend him from ARS.
