Had plumbing issues and turned out I needed to replace water heater. I selected tankless and the whole job felt like 'all under one roof' or all in one...estimate, demo, install, financing, electric work, roof work well done. A bit delay for the roof job I blame on the holiday rush.

The guys were very professional and gave me a discount. They ran a camera down the line and showed me what I was dealing with.
I definitely will recommend them to anyone wanting to have lines cleaned or any other plumbing issues.

I woke up to a plumbing problem in the master bath and panicked! I called ARS hoping they could help quickly as they always have. In less than a couple of hours, a very professional serviceman, Andrew came out, gave me some options and began his work. Andrew took care of the problem in a timely manner. He was very polite and reassuring that things would shortly be back to normal. He cleaned up after the job. He is truly an asset to ARS. I hope he is sent out again should I have another problem.

Tiffany and Brian both have been amazing in assisting my wife and I with our units. We purchased a 3 ton and a 4 ton unit 6 month ago through ARS and they needed some attention. They were able to address exactly what we needed, and we are very happy customers. Thank you!

Everyone was great, from the prompt caller who scheduled us to check our water heater, to Roy, the specialist who came to our home. Roy was very friendly and informative in recommending the best solution for our problem. He was able to schedule the installation of a new water heater the next morning. Great experience!

Not only did Donald Martin go above and beyond the scope of what was necessary to help detect a leak, he was very helpful in explaining all the details to me and my neighbor with whom I share lines with. His attention to detail, efficiency and patience are to be commended and every company should have a service person like Donald Martin.

The tech was wonderful. But scheduling was not people friendly. Online stated i am a real person; how may i help you; but schedule; so i had to literally call in . Wasting your time booking online.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. They were honest, professional, and very prompt from the first call through finishing the job. The plumbers clearly explained what was wrong, what my options were, and what the work would cost before they started, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. They paid close attention to detail, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. The guys were very friendly, respectful, and hardworking, and it shows that they take pride in their work. ARS Is the Best AC & Heating Company in Houston. James Dell, technician with ARS is very honest, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I have had several AC Companies come out that could not give Quality service. Take it from me, ARS is the best. Most honest and professional Company who will put your needs and finances first.

Chris Burke came out to do a quick consultation for an old AC unit at our home. Right away he noticed a troubling concern with our outside unit. We went back inside to see our financing options & he was able to get us approved for a reasonable monthly payment & got our services scheduled for next day installation!
