After 4 service technicians number 5 (Thomas Palmer) came out and went right to work repairing my air conditioner, he explained everything he was going to do and let me know what the problem was. He was very nice and knowledgeable thank you Thomas Palmer for getting the job done and cooling my home.

Joe came first to explain what to expect and was very understanding about our situation at the same was honest and sincere about what we need but still can afford. Our AC unit was installed the next day and the guys who did it were very professional and reliable. They did a great job so they deserve this rating. Thank you ARS.

Today we had our pipes connecting to our washing machine replaced by Jafet. He did a fantastic job and explained everything, every step of the way. His work was quick and professional. Great job!!

We have been with ARS for several years and appreciate the service we have received. Some of the repairmen will say things should be replaced and then some never say anything about what the last man said we should repair. Our equipment is only 10 years old, our last equipment was quieter and lasted way longer.

My technician Terrance was great! Very kind and professional. Offered an alternative fix to what other providers suggested. Instead of replacing my waterheater with a new one ,he repaired mine . Giving me time to get my funds together for a new one.Living on a fixed income, he saved us a lot of money. I would recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter a 100 over.

I'm very happy with the service. One of the water shut off valves under the bathroom sink was leaking. Lenny showed up with a friendly demeanor and was very knowledgeable. He explained what could be happening since our pipes are old. Thankfully it wasn't a worst case scenario and he was able to replace the shut off valve and faucet supply lines within half an hour. The cost was very reasonable and we would highly recommend ARS for plumbing services.

Our consultant Scott came within a couple of hours after I told my HVAC guy that I was looking to replace my water heater. After walking thru the process and giving me the price, I decided to go ahead and do it. Scott and his partner stayed late to finish the project. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Great job to all of the ARS team that went out that day.

Terry was awesome! He did an excellent job for us. Very respectful of our humble home by wearing boots, laying down mats, cleaning up after himself. He even cleaned the area where the new water heater was going before setting it up! Excellent service.

Terry at ARS did a thorough job of figuring out where we had a gas leak in our wall. I feel very confident that he has repaired our pipes and gas line and we no longer will smell gas and are safe in our home. Polite, efficient and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The repipe of galvanized steel to copper they just did in our home was great they were efficient, organized and hardworking. Dean, Carlos and John were great. Easy to work with and got everything done as requested in the two day timeframe we were quoted.

I didn’t get the repairman’s name. I wish I would’ve asked. He was training another fellow with him. They were so polite so nice. They put the covers on their shoes. Explained every single thing they were going to do when they did it. They did a beautiful job. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I had waited some time for the air conditioning unit to be available. So when Mike and Omar showed up, I was anxious to get it done. They handled everything very professionally. They were installed within the day. there was a little I could do and they handled everything smoothly and efficiently. It was clean when I left and working perfectly. I would highly recommend them

My technician Diego was great today. He arrived on time, introduced himself to me and the rest of my family that was home at the time. Before he entered our home he put on his booties and asked if I had any questions before he started. He cleaned and inspected our furnace answered all my questions and helped me setup my Nest app. All and all a great experience. I would recommend ARS and Diego. We have been doing business with ARS for over 20 years and every technician we have had is courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
10/15/2020: Tony was here to replace my sump pump. Friendly and professional answered all my questions. Would definitely call again and request him for my plumbing needs.
